Beautiful decor. It's small, cozy, trendy and friendly.
Love coming here even if it's bit far from Chinatown. They put a lot of thought into this holiday season, the Christmas deco was so shiny and delightful. Now let's talk about their specialty drinks. Number 1,2,3 and 5. What can I say about it, it's sooo good. Super intensive flavor. Lots ingredient makes the drink very pure. They might be bit pricy for the amount but for this month content I think they are really worth it. Sea salt milk tea is definitely worth trying. They also have them in to-go bottle with Jtea label. And did you see all the different kind of pudding in the little fridge there? So many different flavor and so good. I get them separately so that I eat it as a desert. You can also try their snacks in the to go plastic box. Seems like they change them around. But the Vietnamese egg is very good. Noodle seems bit dry. Price is definitely reasonable. Bravo, will take friends...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI found this place 4 years ago and I could have sworn it was the boba shop to end all boba shops. Back then drinks were like $5, rich and tasty, filled to the rim, and the topping was all over the dome lid. I would have given it 5, 10, 12 stars back then. Over the years, however, the quality has gone down a little (still tasty), price has gone up, which I understand, inflation and all, but they never even fill up the cup anymore (picture). The whole point of dome lid is to hold topping, but even with toppings, the cup isn't even filled to the rim, let alone the lid. What is the dome lid even for? And keep in mind, about 60% of that is ice. It's frustrating because you pay over $7 for a drink that's over in 3 sips. On top of that, I feel like they sometimes mess up the drink but don't bother to fix it. Many times when I ordered taro milk drink, it came...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm always looking for some good khuc bach or milk jelly for my favorite Thai green milk tea. This place gave generous portion for the Thai green milk tea. Although it didn't beat my favorite Thai green milk tea, the flavor was subtle. A visible taste but nothing too strong.
The inside was a bit small, a few tables here and there but the plaza itself isn't a place you would go in to get food. However, the interior was modern and it gave off a tropical vibe because the place was decorated with a lot of plants.
Although it was crowded for a Sunday afternoon, the drinks were made quickly. The milk jelly did not disappoint. Very creamy with a nice texture to it. In addition, there was also food ready to go on display and more items on their menu. It's mostly street food and snacks. The banh trang tron was quite okay. The rice papers were in chunks...
