Kings Spa - Massage — Local services in Houston

Second Visit: After my first visit (see review below), I went back to Houston and decided to give King Spa another try. This time it was worse than the previous one! That's why I reduced the star rating to just one. The female janitorial staff kept coming repeated time into the male spa area without notification and they didn't even try to cover they were throwing glances at us. It was very rude and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to made good use of the money I paid as I left kind of quickly.

I thought that after the previous observation you will take care of this matter but it kept getting worst. I am not sure if I will visit again. Anyways, I wish you well and prosperity on your business.

Even though prices are fair, the lady at the front desk may project herself a little rude (though it may be because of how they're used to be at her culture and we need to understand it) but what really made me very uncomfortable is that the female janitorial staff comes and goes from the male area as they please without warning. So it was difficult to use the facilities as they were every where. They should have the areas cleansed before opening the doors. Bad management on that part.

First, I must say the massages saved them from a 3 star rating. It was so good. The sauna room and the massages are amazing. The steam room is good for those of us with thicker natural hair. Use it well. I recommend it. This location is so affordable! You would think that because it's on the borderline of the hood it's trash but being from New York I think it's decent.

It's off putting to ask for a tip at the beginning. I think they should ask at the end. Let us decide how the service was. My sister and I came out with our money ready but still let some one rate before you ask. It's weird. I feel bad though because the lady at the front desk was so friendly with the tour and everything. Just that 1 thing rubbed me wrong. The last thing that rubbed me was that they didn't have sizes over a Large for shirts. I'm a 2x and they didn't have it. I noticed other sizes they didn't have either. It should be size inclusive . HOWEVER definitely earned 4 stars out of 5 because the massages were great. They had everything else. Showers for after the scrubs. Shampoo, combs and brushes. I...

I wish there is a minus 5 star. We have been a regular in this massage place. We never do less than nintey minutes and we always come early in the day and there is always a nice lady with glasses in the front desk. We always appreciate good service me and my husband wherever we go and tip. This last time we came in the night and there was a guy in the front desk. Went back to our room, the ladies who did our massage have nothing to do with the massage world. And we know what we are talking about because we always go to hotels spa so we can compare and also our experiences in this spa with other ladies were different and was really good. We came out to talk to the front desk guy and he start yelling and asking us not to come again. Seriously rude. I was trying to show him what the lady did to my neck for 20 minutes until I told her to stop. N he told me go don't come again I don't want to listen.
