BoBa Island — Restaurant in Houston

What an amazing place to get a hot or cold drink!! I had been looking for a place that sold boba but had a drive thru and I came across this place online. Me and my family took the 30 mile drive to this location and it was well worth it. This is a very small location with a small drive thru but besides that I must say it was delicious. My wife had a pineapple coconut smoothie with almond milk and honey boba my son had a strawberry smoothie my other son had a spicy watermelon smoothie and I had a spicy mango smoothie at it was all very delicious. All that fresh fruit was so crisp and delicious and I must add the service was beyond excellent. I had a very horrible experience at this establishment. I visited Boba Island on 6/17/22 at 12p.m. I ordered a taro tea with Boba and an order of egg rolls. I paid for my items and a staff member told me it would be a five minute wait and to drive up. I explained that I could not wait I had to go to work and if I could have my money back. A women with brown hair came to the window and told me that I couldn’t have my money back because of a difference of .75 cents being charged for using a card. I told her that no companies keep your money because of .75cents card charge. I didn’t get all my items so I needed my money back. Milk tea is very good here but service at drive thru on opening day was horrific! There was only one car in front of mines and I had to wait 15minutes before I could order. On top of that it started to rain really hard so I thought maybe if I ordered quick enough, then my car won't be soaked. The girl in the drive thru took 2 of my 6 drink orders and told me to wait. After she came back which took 12 minutes more she totally forgot about my 2 previous drinks I have ordered with her so I wasted more time repeating myself over and over again because she did not have good listening skills.
