Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I rarely leave a 1 star review but this location was not it. My husband and I stopped by here to grab a bite. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

Walking in the restaurant’s lights are dimmed so it appears they are closed from the outside. Maybe they do that so they won’t stay busy inside with foot traffic.

While my husband and I were ordering our meals - another lady walked in with a bag full of clothes and placed it on the front counter. Apparently she’s the clothes plug for all the ladies because they all stopped what they were doing rushed to the front counter laughing and giggling and started looking through the bag grabbing clothes they wanted to set aside to pay. We should had walked out by then. But we didn’t, Big mistake.

I ordered a TX whopper and my husband ordered a #2 They messed up our order and gave us two TX whoppers. To what my husband said it was okay and he proceeded to eat it. The meat was not fresh it tasted like cardboard. They did not offer us ketchup or any sauces so I had to get up and ask for it. The soda machines inside the lobby are completely turned off and you have to go to the front counter and ask for a refill and wait until they have time to refill it.

While we were eating hubby and I could hear their loud conversation coming from the kitchen. At one point the ladies in the kitchen started arguing and it got so loud it was extremely disrespectful. They have no regards to anyone that wants to sit and eat a meal in peace.

Will definitely never be back to this location as it is screaming ghetto!! New management is needed ASAP And corporate needs to look into this franchise because there’s just too many complaints and bad reviews...

They have poor management. Went to redeem coupon for free whopper with $1 purchase and was treated like a scammer because it was on a timer but I had made the $1 purchase in which neither the code nor the coupon appeared and the manager states anyone can remember a code. I just kindly said you know what May I please have my first order and the jalapeño bites...hence the second order to redeem whopper gave her the order number and then she said I’m sorry but I don’t have that order. I showed her my receipt clearly showing the order number and that’s when she handed it to me. I called corporate because of poor customer service and management. If you all could have seen me then you would understand.... it’s not the food it’s how I was dealt with...instead of trying to help me you mistreated me. Corporate needs to go ahead and start rehiring for this location. Forgive any typos there may be I just still...

Horrible service, person on the mic sounded drunk and confused

Pulled up, person didn't even say hi or anything, handed me back my card, didn't ask about ketchup or sauces, or say thank you, just walked off, brought me my food in a ripped bag, then shut the window and walked off. Had to honk the horn and wait for someone to wonder back to get sauce for my Nuggets.

Soda was waay overfilled with ice/barely any soda.

Fries were waaaaaay oversalted, I literally caughed and almost choked from the amount of salt on the fries.

Took 1 bite from the Whopper and spit it back out, had a strange taste, already drove to far to turn around for a other nor would I even want one from this location.

I'm sure an inspector could find so many violations this place would be shut down.

Very sad Burger...
