On September 7th around 3:15 p.m., I went through the drive-thru at Burger King to place an order for my wife. As I pulled up to the window and was looking for my wallet to pay, I noticed a young man and woman working at the window. I’m not sure if they were joking around with each other, but one of them threw ice, and it hit my car window.
This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Imagine if I had my child in the car at the time—thankfully, I didn’t, but that could have been dangerous and extremely upsetting. Instead, I was alone and chose to keep my patience, but I feel this incident must be reported.
After the ice was thrown, I saw them laughing and joking about it, which made the situation even more disrespectful. No customer expects to come to a restaurant, especially a family establishment, and have things thrown at their vehicle.
I strongly encourage management to review the cameras from that time and date, and address the behavior of the employees working the window. This was not only poor customer service, it was careless and unprofessional conduct.

This time I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, the new fiery fish sandwich, and large onion rings. I asked for onions to be added to the chicken sandwich like I always do, but they forgot them. There was no Tartar sauce on the fish sandwich there was just Buffalo sauce and lettuce. None of the food was very good. They were also out of zesty sauce which I like for my onion rings. I'm going to have to stop eating at this Burger King. Wendy's across the street was a much better experience! Lastly, the staff gave me very few napkins. I had to ask for them 3 times. Read moreService here is always slow. Doesn't matter if you're the only car in the drive thru or the only person in the dining room. A few times I've had okay attitudes but usually the attitudes of the staff here suck. Including the GM who told me I was rude for asking how to "refresh the code" in the app because that was all he said, no steps or help. Then the steps he was providing made no sense and I had the phone in my hand. He got upset that I wasn't getting his wrong instructions. The option he was stating was not only NOT an optionz but, it was also not even the correct screen.
