Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered a junior brisket sandwich and I didn't know it still had a hamburger patty on it with like seem to be a spoonful of brisket on top of the hamburger patty the brisket is the kind you buy at the store in the little tub Big let down nothing compared to what it look like in the TV ads I actually didn't see the brisket at first so I went back through the line and told her she just made me the sandwich wrong and there was still a hamburger patty but the girl taking the order didn't explain to me that it still had a hamburger patty with brisket on top so when I got to the window they had already made it fresh brisket sandwich and proceeded to look at the one that I had ordered or that they gave me and showed me the spoonful of brisket on the hamburger patty Burger King has to stop this I don't know what they're trying to do but and that's because I ordered a junior brisket sandwich I'm glad I didn't order the big one shame on Burger King stick to the flame...

My company was so happy to see the store manager has returned. We host alot of Corportate luncheons and Maintenance Appreciation luncheons and it always so pleasant to order from her as all the luncheons orders are packaged accurately and the service has no wait time and her attitude is phenomenal and we love how she is bilingual and speaks Spanish so all of our team members can place our luncheon orders. I prefer to each lunch here daily as the food always delicious and all of her team members are so sweet and positive. I, even, brought my kids to Burger King at this location while they are out of school for Summer. The ladies are so family oriented and really make us forget we are at Fast Food location from how sweet and thoughtful they are. Countless times, I have seen their team members hold the door for the elderly and families. They are just great, loving people and we are happy to...

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing employees at this location. Today I went to get breakfast and arrived at 10:30am (breakfast is over). Esperanza and the cook (so sorry I did not get his/her name!) were so friendly and accommodating. They didn't have everything I wanted available any longer but she went out of her way to make sure we got a good breakfast! The food was hot and fresh and we really appreciated their great service. Some places aren't very flexible - when breakfast is over, it's over - and again I appreciated how accommodating they were! Give them both a raise, they are earning it! We will be back...
