the first time I ordered I ordered 4 burritos they dismissed all of my sauces that was on my order and sent my Uber eats with no sauces, i never pressed the issue, next time so I made another order last night around midnight, I called beforehand to make sure my sauces were in my bag, idk who this rude ass dude was that picked up the phone telling me he didn't have an order for me, mind you I didn't even address them screwing up my order previously, dude was extremely dismissive short and didn't seem concerned at all about my order and didn't seem to care that he's screwing with peoples money that work hard and just wanted food after a long day, he was rude told me he didn't receive my Uber eats order after I had already placed it, I didn't go back and forth with him even though i wanted to he says order hasn't came thru system yet. hour later I finally get my food delivered with a busted and ripped open brown bag, they gave me a basket full of sauces this time but had my chips spilled all over the bag they forgot my cheese sauce for the chips they gave me a MEDIUM drink when I ordered and paid for a LARGE Baja blast (the large drink in the picture is a previous order to show that the cup size is not correct for my current order I received a medium instead of large) and last but not least one of my tacos was made so sloppy that it look like someone spit on my food and made it sloppy to give to me, so if I were to pull up to this store and return the same energy would I be wrong? I am definitely convinced whoever I spoke with and made my order is a racist and or prejudice person and this was extremely unacceptable and I will be paying this store a visit very soon I have pictures of my whole order I already uploaded to Uber I will be paying this store a visit for this disgusting behavior experience and food you spit or do something to my food to make it undesirable or inedible to eat, we definitely have bigger problems now, I will be reaching out to corporate to get the name of the manager I spoke to on duty and who made my order so sloppily put together as soon as I pulled my brown bag out of the bag it was placed it, the bag bust opened had a big hole at the bottom but I order Uber eats all the time so I know that it was maliciously done as well as forgetting all of my sauces on my previous order which is all in my Uber eats receipts. You picked the right person to screw with on multiple occasions and if you wanted my attention you definitely have it now. Read moreThe best thing I can say about this location was that it was clean! I was highly disappointed in the service! I ordered on the kiosk before two people I have less amount of food and still got my food 3rd! I did my order on the kiosk and a Hispanic woman and her son get their order after mine. Then a UPS driver came in also Hispanic an order at the cash register again someone who had more food than I did. I only ordered two beefy five-layer burritos which I asked to be grilled but both burritos were burnt. I was riding the Metro bus so I didn't have time to go back! Just to ask about a menu item I literally had to wait about 2 minutes just for someone to pass by the cash register. Not quite sure why there were four or five people and no one at the front. One guy who seems to be the manager was just sitting down and what look like an office or closet room from where you can see at the front counter the cooks were where they were supposed to be I'm not sure if the manager was on break or just being lazy but I most definitely have enough of that location! They were taking so long I went next door to them to the Burger King which also had no customers but we're taking a very long time! All of these fast food places surrounding each other and they're ALL slower than winter coming to Texas! I've had it, and quite frankly it wasn't too good! Besides eating around the burnt parts I was given a Big burrito full of beans anybody teaspoon of meat! Read moreThe only reason I gave 1 stars is bc I still love the food. I went to this location and the girl taking my order was really unprofessional. While I'm trying to order she was giggling along with another woman. At one point she left the intercom and the other girl came on which was ridiculous. Then I drive up and they're both still laughing. The other girl seemed to be manager or something and I made eye contact with her while they stood there laughing, being silly. After I paid for my orders, I let the girl at the window know how I felt about their behavior. Idc if it's after midnight, not every person ordering after midnight is drunk. Even if they are, they still don't deserve disrespect. Idc that I'm ordering from a cheap menu, I still expect great customer service. Whether you're buying a $100 steak or Meximelt from Taco Bell, the customer service should reflect the level of respect you have for the customer.
