It’s always interesting to visit a coffee shop and be surprised by the taste of the coffee they serve, and the amount of pastries they have and the varieties of foods they offer for their customers. And not to forget the neat decorations and seatings they offer, specially, the seating upstairs. For me, it was perfect time to do my social networking sessions and I enjoyed working on them there. I drove almost 30 minutes from the city of Humble (NE) to this coffee shop . The friendly but barista gave me time to think of what would be my selection . I took a tour downstairs and upstairs and took some pictures and maybe one video and I was really fascinated by the different varieties of colors that were spread here and there. I ordered a medium Americano and I think it was blueberry scone which I enjoyed till the last drop. Definitely, I shall come back again and try more options which I have read from the reviews of other coffee lovers. I would definitely try some of the other varieties that other customers have ordered. I love cappuccino and I certainly shall come back and try that there there are only two places in Houston coffee shops that serve the best cappuccinos, but I shall come back Here again to try that. Ah, one more thing that I really really really enjoyed. It was the music. So fitting so encouraging so so lovable. BTW. I bought a beautiful black colored stainless steel 8 ounce coffee cup with a lead that is leak-proof...

I recently visited this coffee shop with two clients, hoping it would be a good spot to discuss one of my service offerings. The staff greeted me upon arrival, which was nice, but it became clear they were too busy to offer much help beyond that. After getting my coffee, I headed upstairs to find a place to sit.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The upstairs area was cramped, with very little space to comfortably work on a laptop. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I had an urgent task that required internet access, so I went back downstairs to ask for assistance. Despite explaining the situation, the staff seemed indifferent, and even when the manager got involved, I felt brushed off. They did reset the modem, but it took an additional 10 minutes, which only added to the frustration.

My clients enjoyed their coffee, which is a positive note, but I can't recommend this place for anyone looking to conduct business. The space isn't set up for it, and the lack of reliable Wi-Fi combined with the dismissive attitude of the staff made for a frustrating experience. If they want to attract customers who need a spot to work or meet, they should consider redesigning the upstairs area with better seating options and ensuring the Wi-Fi is dependable. Wow. I randomly stopped here for a quick espresso and I am very happy that I did.

I am quite picky about espresso as I have an espresso setup at home. The barista here was phenomenal. This was easily one of the best prepared espresso shots I have gotten anywhere in the world. The barista was meticulous about weighing the ground coffee beans and timing the shot. I have never seen this much attention to getting a perfect shot at a coffee shop before. Most baristas just wing it and a straight espresso shot from great coffee is awful.

The coffee they roast themselves here was also spectacular. I asked how much a bag was before I tried the shot and it was expensive. $24 for a standard bag. I wasn't going to buy it. After I tried the shot, I immediately bought the bag of coffee for $24.

The girl at the register was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about coffee and how to prepare it. Again, very rare these days.

I would go out of my way to come back here. It was a bit on the expensive side for the coffee and espresso, but the experience was among the best I have ever had at a coffee shop.

Is it that hard to expect that the people making your coffee actually know what they are doing? I am always happy to pay top dollar when the quality far exceeds my expectations. Luce went above and beyond in all aspects of my 10 minutes...
