I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE I DID WITH ANGIE TONIGHT⦠I ordered my family food which was two #1ās medium and two of the 2 cheeseburgers meals medium which is a total of 2 LARGE BURGERS AND 4 SMALL BURGERS. When I get home I only have 2 Large burgers and 2 small burgers I call about 4 time no one answered the phone so I drive back up there for ANGIE to make it seem like I want FREE FOOD??!! I say hey I only got two burger of the 4 Iām supposed to receive she say yea it only come with two. I say yes but I ordered two meals sheās looked dumbfounded as if I didnāt know what I order so she gives me the whole crap about wanting free food I will more than gladly pay for them until we get this situated because one I donāt want FREE FOOD I JUST WANT THE FOOD I PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVE without being ACCUSED of ANYTHING!!! When I reached the drive-thru, the employee at the window seemed uninterested in serving, and when I received my order, my french fries were cold. I politely asked if they could make fresh fries, and the response I received was, āYou have to ask for it fresh if you want it fresh.ā
I find this extremely disappointing because, as a food establishment, I expect that food served should meet basic standards of freshness and quality without having to make special requests. This level of service does not meet the expectations of your brand.
I would appreciate it if this issue is addressed with the staff to ensure that future customers do not have the same experience.
