I have been going to this restaurant for 7 years now. I do not go often because it lacks a great deal. There are none! Let me repeat no lunch specials. My last few times I've been here no one has ever came to refill the $3 glass of tea. I was there today September 22nd 2025 I purchased flautas. The plate cost $11.98. it came with a very tiny portion of guacamole. Three flautas with minimum chicken in it. A small serving of beans and a nice serving of rice. They brought me a half a basket of chips which had a total of about 8 or 10 chips. Probably because I was by myself. I suppose. Although I placed my empty glass of tea on the edge of the table. They never came by to refill it. Although, when I was done eating the waitress finally came over and asked if I need anything and of course I don't cuz I'm done. I did ask for a glass of tea to go because the tea cost $3. If I'm going to pay that much for one single tea bag I should at least get a glass to go. My food came to about $16.48. I left a $4 tip I paid $20.48. For lunch I paid $20.48. where in the hell is the lunch special. Much less where in the hell is my refill on my tea. Shouldn't they bug the heck out of you if you pay that much money for a glass of tea to refill it every 5 minutes. No they did not. But they would walk around me sweeping and sweeping some more and sweeping more and sweeping. Which is kind of disgusting when you're sitting there eating. I understand I need to clean throughout the day. But do they need to sweep right by you when you're trying to eat. No restaurant should do that. Unless there is a huge mess on the floor and there was not. I am disappointed with this place. I think it's could be my last time for a long while. They never said thank you for coming. And never said thank you we appreciate your business. Or...
Read moreI have eaten here before, just never wrote a review for them. At 1 time this was a decent place to get a torta. We decided to stop in since we were in the area. The place was clean so that was a plus. The waitress was friendly. I have to say i ordered the fajita a la mexicana. I really did enjoy it. However that is all i can say good about our experience. The lady was new and we didnt know that early on. She told us certain things came on the plates, not true. I asked if they had homemade tortillas, not true. My wife had a simple quesadilla. She didnt like the taste and could not finish it. My lil one had the pizza n fries. He did not like it, not evn the fries and he loves fries. My oldest ordered the half chicken. He eats everything, he told me it was not good n left half the plate. Chicken was over fried, dry and tough to eat. I think this will be our last time...
Read moreI have had the enchilada dinner several times. All varieties - beef, chicken and cheese were very good. But l am commenting now because l just tried the combination fajita platter. Delicious beef and chicken fajitas. The chicken was juicy and tasty. The beef was excellent. Tender, nicely marinated and well-seasoned. No chewy pieces. The charro beans were also excellent. The rice was very good. Good homemade flour tortillas. Nice green and red salsas. The green sauce in particular is just hot enough to give a nice kick. Delicious grilled onions and peppers, and even a nicely grilled jalapeno. A slice of good sausage also accompanies the...
