This was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership. The advertising price on the website for the charger I was looking at was 28,542(Mak Haik price) but once I got to the dealership the salesman brought me the paperwork with no explanation on the price change which was $31,933 (Mak Haik price) so I questioned it. So basically he gave me some bullcrap excuse.I know you have to honor that advertising price per the DMV unless you’re just cool with trying to screw people over and breaking policies.I will be contacting the DMV about that matter and putting in a complaint about it for them to investigate how they do business.Secondly one of the managers (Quadreikus Sudduth) had a bad attitude to the point to where I didn’t wanna do business there anymore.Trying to buy a car and your trying to sell me a car is all about meeting in the middle somewhere to where we both can be happy about the sell and purchase.I already felt some type of way about the advertising price being click and bait.So I saw something else on the paperwork that was OPTIONAL and it stated that.I believe it was a package service of where they rotate your tires and do oil changes and probably more stuff but that was like $1,999 or something like that added to my note.Since my family owns a shop that does oil changes and rotates tire.I said I didn’t need that so you can take that off since it says optional.Quadreikus told me it wasn’t optional! And I had to purchase it! So we went back and forth about that because what you’re telling me doesn’t make sense at all! I’m not obligated to purchase anything extra that y’all offer only just to hike my price more! Me and the salesman had already talked about this.He wasn’t happy about me not wanting to keep the optional service because the more they charge for the car the more they make.So we was study going back and forth and he was getting loud with me over it in front of other customers and sales associates.Got very agitated over me not wanting something extra. But you’re trying to earn my business right?! Me and the salesman had already worked it out with a number that was like $34,000 and something and he saw that price on the paper and was steady trying to get more money out of me.I told him to try and get me what me and the salesman has already discussed. He then said okay and preceded to walk off with the salesman but he then immediately turned around loudly and said (Naw we not doing the deal. You can go somewhere else.) So I had no problem with that at all.As I was leaving out the salesman stopped me and was trying to figure out what was going on and what happened because he had no clue and thought everything was good.He told me to let him talk with another manager and to not worry about that encounter with Quad.I say all this to say if you go anywhere and they treat you like you owe them anything just go elsewhere so you could feel appreciated by just stopping in because it is part of their job to make you feel welcomed at least and try to work with you.Just a horrible experience all around but I will be contacting the DMV and maybe channel 13 as well about the click and bait situation and how management makes the whole company...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! TRADED IN MY NISSAN ON 12/21/2023 AND THEY SOLD IT TO AN AUCTION BEFORE FINANCING HAD GONE THROUGH AND THE JEEP I PURCHASED HAD NOT PASSED INSPECTION. MY CREDIT SCORE HAS DROPPED 26 POINTS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HANDLE THIS PROPERLY!!!!! After driving a loaner for almost a week, I finally received the Jeep I purchased without an inspection sticker, stating that I had to drive it 1,500 miles before it would pass. 4 days later I am having issues with cruise control. 10 days later the vehicle started smoking on my 15 min commute to work, and I had only driven it 650 miles since I left the dealership. Told them I wanted my car back. No excuses. they had it ready within two days and it had been worked on, which I found confusing because, as far as I know, they don't attempt to increase the price of a vehicle at an auction. When I asked if there was any paperwork I needed to sign, TUCKER would not even make eye contact with me and the mechanic said no and promptly too me to my vehicle. In February I was contacted by a new financing company for the Jeep that was no longer in my possession. After multiple efforts to get ahold of a loan officer at this new financing company, I was able to reach Robert Sherwin, who informed me that it was Mac Haik's fault and he would get the matter resolved right away. Now they are trying manipulate me into paying more than I owed on my original loan because "repairs" were done! When I told them that the only way I wanted to contact them was through writing because they were untrustworthy, I received nothing. Now I am left in the dark and considering contacting a Pro Bono lawyer, as well as contacting corporate. JORDI IS NOT HELPFUL, MADE ME DRIVE 30 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY SO I COULD "HAVE A FACE TO RELATE TO HIS NAME" (which could have been done on the website, without wasting an hour round trip drive and gas), SCREAMED AT MY FIANCE IN THE DEALERSHIP. TUCKER is UNHELPFUL, ABBRASIVE, AND ARROGANT! BRETT, my actual salesman was polite and very friendly. In fact, he was the only one willing to be communicative throughout this entire process and I fear they will put the...
Read moreWorst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. The employees stand around against the walls like it's homecoming and they are afraid to ask the customer to dance unless they are actively buying. I have gone up their several times for service and to receive paperwork (because they did not give me all my paperwork at purchase) and have waited 30-45 minutes before I had to hunt down someone to help me. Nobody answers their phones when you call, they don't return messages or emails. I have tried to find employees before and asked the front desk where they were and have literally heard them say "X person is not busy, he should be around here" and still have to wait 15+ minutes after he was called. I have waited two months for a reimbursement check that still hasn't arrived for a key fob reprogramming. I was told the vehicle had two and the second key is "somewhere" and then tried to tell me it "only had one, sorry" after paperwork was settled. Had to fight to get the second paid for. The day after purchase, my car leaked oil and the sales blamed service/service said they would never (sales may never have even serviced before selling it to me). I have tried to talk to management, finance, and sales over the past several months and everyone is "too busy" to answer, but when you go in person everyone is sitting at their desk talking to co-workers pretending their isn't a queue lined up on their couches. Once the issues were fixed with my vehicle, it is a great car, but the customer service is atrocious and seems to be a never-ending loop of call transfers, voicemails and a series of misfortunate mishaps that prevent them from helping me.
Today alone I called finance and a service rep twice. Left messages and emails with no response. If you purchase a vehicle from here, good luck. I hope you don't encounter similar issues.
Edit in response The car was located at the north spring location, but your salesmen is located at this dealership as well as the service department, finance department, and even picked up my plates here. North location was just where I...
