The store manager Fernando was AWFUL. There was an issue with my daughter phone which turned out to be a hardware issue. Fernando said that since it wasnât under warranty I had to purchase a new phoneâŚ.. no other Options. I spoke with T-Mobile and there were other options, Fernando was just trying to make a sellâŚ. Which I am assuming is to make a store quota. We have been with t- mobile 17 years and he is the most incompetent store managers I have ever met. Everything isnât always about trying to turn a profit.
Update: I went to t mobile again after having to advocate for myself with corporate. The T-Mobile store then refused to give me the phone that I had to call instore and get myself. There only job in the store was to switch out my phone and to serve as the middleman. I asked them to please call corporate for me. They seemed confused. How dare a customer try to resolve an issue themselves. Instead they proceeded to give me the run around again and again. This time Noah was manager. The response below from management about heyâŚ. Reach out so we can talk is all fake. If so, the sub par management team could have resolved the issue yesterday. A customer should not have to pay for another phone when their phone says â network errorâ, obviously the network is the issue. Your company is the issue, your store is the issue, you and your management team is the issue. Do not spare me with the whole we care about customer service bit, because you donât. The phone should be replaced, which you wonât do. So why would I contact you? So you can tell me Iâm sorry this is our policyâŚ..and then to try and make a sale? I already knew which phone I wanted, but she made the process smooth, professional, and even fun with her great attitude. Her trustworthiness and attention to detail stood out she truly went above and beyond. I saved so much money because of her!!! Answered and explained every questions I had even if my question was small even gave me suggestions to make sure I maximize my saving by getting rid of things I didnât need or use anymore.
What I also respect is how this particular store; their whole team supports local small businesses by allowing them to promote their products near the store giving them recognition That kind of community minded approach speaks volumes about their character!

I went into the store to ask what my options were to repair or replace my Samsung A11 which was not allowing me to connect to the Tmoblie network at all. I was not able to text, call, or get onto the internet. I asked to speak to the manager who was there in the morning and I explained the issue I was having. He made me feel like as a woman I didn't know what I was talking about and he said,"the phones are perfectly fine."
