Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Houston

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A. I had to repeat my order at the counter 3 times and every time the cashier would get distracted. I asked for a #5 combo with 30 GRILLED nuggets. The order came out, no fries. I asked where the fries were and then was told the #5 combo with grilled nuggets doesn't come with fries. Had the cashier actually been listening or engaged with my order she could have told me that. But everyone behind the counter treated me like it was my fault for not knowing the combo meal doesn't come with fries. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THAT'S STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU, THAT YOU CALLED UP, TO TAKE AN ORDER FROM!!!!!!! Then I get back to my desk and they are not grilled fries. Thanks...

I come to eat here at least twice a week. I always get the chicken wrap with crispy grilled chicken. It has to be made fresh, and I always wait because I understand they are busy. Never have had an issue ordering till today. Today Isidora refused to make my wrap because she didn’t want to. Herself and Noe have always made my chicken wrap. Not sure what made today any different. She was very rude when she said no I am not making it and turns around and continues to work. The cashier apologized on her behalf. so i’m very confused as to why specifically this location charges you on everything as if it was separate. menu price for a combo comes just below 10$ which is reasonable but however for the past 2 days i have been overcharged paying 14-16$ for a meal, today i asked about it and the server replied very bluntly “yes” and walked off from the counter, i wanted to ask if this was a common practice at this location but all in all I lost whatever appetite i had to eat because this interaction made me feel super invisible and that despite my best manners i was just brushed off. not cool man if i wanted to feel this way ide go hangout...
