I am thrilled to have a Cava near my neighborhood! I don’t eat out much, but when I do, I want something that is delicious and that I can’t do for myself. The ingredients are amazing and fresh, unlike what you can find even at a fancy restaurant. Beluga lentils are such a delicacy, the greens mixes are so unique, and the proteins are insane- lamb meatballs?!? Harissa chicken?!?! And you can easily eat a vegetarian/vegan bowl and not miss the meat, with an equally impressive selection of toppings- 2 types of hummus, babaganouj, harissa, crazy feta (he moon dances 😂)- and veggies- corn mix, a delightful broccoli, cucumber salad. If you’re not on foot, it can be tricky to park, but not hard once you know. Drive past Cava on Fannin heading South (away from downtown), take your first right past Mod Pizza into the parking garage and follow the signs in the parking garage for door dash/uber eats etc. You can park anywhere for free for 20 min. Just keep your ticket and scan when you leave. The staff is great, so warm and friendly, and don’t make you feel guilty for asking for extra. Unlike most places with this set-up (Salata, I’m looking at you!), I always leave full and feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. So happy to have this delicious option nearby.

Today was our first time trying CAVA and the food was delicious, however the service was horrible. When we arrive we asked for recommendations and they told us to just look at the menu. We decided to build our own bowl, and the employees would give us annoyed looks when we took out time deciding what to try although there was absolutely no line. When we would ask “what is that?” They would say that the menu is posted on the glass. Very disappointing. I understand that it’s a busy area, but it was 9:00 pm and there was no line. I did not take the time to take down the employee names but it was an African American male and female working that shift. I wish CAVA would hire friendlier personnel because at the end of the day they are the face of their company as they are the ones interacting face to face with clients. We will not be returning to this location, I hope to have a better experience at another location if we decide to give it another try.

This is probably THEE worst CAVA and I can’t believe they actually served burnt inedible food. Thankfully I know what my dish was supposed to look like and know this ain’t it. Poor service. Poor food. I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. This is supposed to be a grain bowl with half harissa honey chicken and half steak with basmati rice, corn, and pita chips. I need a full refund and will be contacting their corporate offices. This was over $30 with DoorDash. The only thing positive about this experience was the Dasher who delivered it. If you love CAVA you know this is subpar. This is a pic of how it was when we opened it. Also placed an order for two kids meals and those were just as bad. Instead of basmati rice all 3 plates were served with old brown rice. Do better. I ordered braised lamb and got meatballs instead. Burnt pita. Old rice. No communication or anything and I requested no substitutions.

My 1st and only time having Cava and I am NOT satisfied to say the least. I’ve heard great things about the Cava franchise but it must’ve been from different locations. I ordered my friend and I food from here as well as picked up the order of another friend. We make our way back to work to find that all of our orders were missing items ordered online. Not only that, I paid extra for a specific meat that I wanted to try and the meat wasn’t given to me. I asked for my sauces on the side to try 2 of their sauces…. they were not there. VERY LACKLUSTER to say the least. I called the store to talk to management twice and have yet to hear from the manager and it has been a week. As a location in the medical center where employees and patients are on the go at all times this location needs to tighten up! It’s already small and packed with people during lunch time so I was happy I ordered online until I see all 3 orders wrong. The bowls were made how the employees felt like making them instead of matching the requested order. If anything order was not it stock I would think that when I came to pick up the orders someone would notify me or it would be on the ticket but that was not the case. Furthermore, paying extra for specific proteins that were not received or recompensed is absurd. I’m not impressed and unsure if I will attempt to visit another location...

Food was great, i went in about 8:50-9. The cashier was EXTREMELY friendly and super sweet. Unfortunately, the service from the gentleman at the beginning of assembly could be better but it was busy so i understand, my issue was when i started my order, i got a half greens half grains bowl, i asked for half romaine and half saffron rice. I was loaded up on lettuce and got a little more than half of a scoop of rice. I asked him if he could add some more and he placed barley the tip of the spoon into the pot and got the smallest portion of rice. I just went ahead and let it go but after that towards the end i was charged for “double grain”, I DIDNT EVEN GET A FULL SCOOP OF RICE?? I’m willing to pay the extra charge but atleast give me what im paying for??? Also ,Usually when i go to the other locations as well, they do 2 scoops of protein (the reason i come in the first place, i compare this part to everyone that cavas portions are usually amazing and better then chipotle) , when i ordered this time i did half of the new steak and half of the honey harissa chicken, this time i was really surprised when i was given almost half a scoop of each protein. Super disappointing. I work in many restaurants so i understand there’s portion measurements but atleast be consistent with your portions!! Food is amazing i just wish i got the right...

We love Cava. Let’s start there. But the location in the Medical Center makes us never want to eat from there again. There were people (including us) waiting from 15 minutes or more for their online order. We were there for 34 minutes. Unacceptable. There were flies everywhere. In addition to waiting an extended time for our orders, the orders were wrong. The quality was awful. My brown rice was very hard and it had not been cooked thoroughly. My coworker asked for the fiery broccoli on her order after she was sent from the online order pick up to the front cashier to complete her order. There was visibly no broccoli and she asked twice and was told it was on there. She also had feta cheese which she did not ask for and she didn’t even eat her bowl. I’m pretty sure we are going to get sick. After having to remake my bowl because my order was wrong, I was still given the wrong dressings. The staff was unorganized, they seem to not know the products they were serving. The online order set up was filthy. I’m pretty sure I’ll be sick tonight. We will never eat there again. I’m not sure if today was a bad day but my order last time did not taste that great as I have eaten Cava at another location. The Cava in the medical center also does not have the staff to keep up with the demand. I’m really...
