Just wanted to thank your team for the masterclass in irony today. I ordered a Venti espresso with light ice. Of course I’m not expecting the cup to be filled to the top. Silly me. What I got was an ironic half a cup of liquid sadness and a new “policy” that apparently says extra ice is now the only way to get a full cup. So just to clarify: if I want more drink, I need to add more ice… which takes up space that should’ve gone to the drink in the first place? Truly revolutionary stuff. Starbucks you’ve taken it to a next level. Also, shoutout to the staff for the icy attitude that really matched the vibe of the cup. I get that stupid rules are rules but a little customer service wouldn’t hurt. You’re saving that poor little ingredient for customers that aren’t coming back.

I'm so happy that this Starbucks is back open after the remodel! The store is bigger and brighter and better. My morning visits to pick up a cup of Joe is a perfect start to my day. The staff is very nice and they remember my name & drink which keeps me coming back. Kuddos to this Starbucks team!

I just left this establishment and was not pleased. I ordered a venti coffee frap. She wrote my last name on the cup. Paid for my order and waited like everyone else. The person that made the frap announced, caramel frap for pickup. I saw my last name on the cup and explained I ordered a coffee frap. The person that took my order immediately said I ordered a caramel frap. I replied no, I ordered a coffee frap. She replied that I ordered a caramel frap. Again I stated I ordered a coffee frap. Again she said caramel frap. Once again I said coffee frap. She then said in quieter tone, caramel frap. This conversation is happening while she is remaking my order. When she finished, she placed the frap on the counter without a sleeve. And then as an afterthought she placed the sleeve next to the frap for me to put on. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and warrants...

I walked up to the Starbucks in the MD Anderson food court near the Rotary House after fasting labs. I waited behind a man and watched the server take his order then make his coffee. After the customer ahead of me left, the server greeted me and a woman I did not know behind me at the same time. Hi Ladies. I had been there several minutes before the woman behind me showed up, waiting patiently, but only deserved a twofer greeting. After I placed my order and was rung up the server told me "wait." The server proceeded to take the order of the woman behind me before making my coffee while I was standing in front of her register. The woman behind me had a lengthy order. I interrupted the server to tell her to...
