Ok I went yesterday afternoon, not my first time because I live in the area. The chicken is great, mashed potatoes with gravy and the Mac & cheese plus we love the fried okra but yesterday that lady at the drive thru window was totally RUDE! After I ordered and paid I asked for a few plates and forks or spoons. I then asked her for some napkins to which she replied I gave you some already, she'd given me 3 napkins wow! Can you at least give me 10 I did order a 10pc, I thought to myself! So I just asked her if I could have some more well she seemed bothered by that, made a face turned to get the napkins and more like shoved them at me, count them....1...2.. more napkins! Service was abysmal. I was inside for 20 minutes before the shift lead took my order it was only one person in front of me. The shift lead said Jasmine is the manager.
No gravy on the chicken fried steak. Rice was wet and gooey although it did taste good. No straws no silverware. Biscuit was very dry and very old.
They appeared to be seriously understaffed. The Third customer in line had been outside by the drive-through and no one is answering the speaker. I only saw two cars in the Drive-Thru line. The cook was in the back taking orders and one person working the front counter. It was 7 pm.
The shift lead told me there were no fries. When I ordered okra they had to cook it. After 20 minutes another person showed up from the back I guess he was dropping off some friends at the pool.

I went for the first time here because we just moved near by. We were moving so I stopped to buy food. The girl that was there seem not to want to do anything. I ordered tenders but she said they were out of white gravy so I said never mind so she made gravy. I wanted fries and mash potatoes but she said I couldn't substitute coleslaw for fries 😲 I notice they hadn't made more fries so I said double mash. Then I wanted sweet tea she said they were out of tea and couldn't make more due to no hot water.
