I love love common bond in Montrose and West U. Went to the Memorial on the go one on Thursday morning and it was absolutely terrible. Waited over 30mins for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, and the coffee was burnt. Aside from the food the way it was run that day was terrible. Staff member didn't ask for my name when ordering so when calling out items it was just at random and you could hardly hear them calling out what was served. This coffee spot is in a prime location near several office buildings, which makes it incredibly convenient in theory. But what’s the point of convenience if the staff can’t be bothered to show up on time? They’re supposed to open at 7AM, yet no one was there at opening time - again.
