Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Houston

I went to this Shipley's for the first time the day before yesterday, thinking that it would be a great one because it's in a really upscale area. I went inside and saw the cashier taking out the trash with no gloves on. As I walked up to the counter praying that someone else would be attending me, she politely came behind the counter, grabbed the tissue and box to grab my donuts with. I was so disgusted, as she didn't even have the decency to use hand sanitizer, let alone wash her hands. She asked what I would like but I did not want to be rude so I just told her I would be back and turned around, grabbed my son by the hand and left. I tried to reach out to corporate through an email I found for them online but have not heard from them. I will never eat here because I'm sure this was not her first time doing this. Even with COVID, you would think that people are extra careful with sanitation but I guess not. Be aware! Eat here at...

Horrible horrible experience. I placed an order for 50 assorted donuts for a baby shower 2 days ago - was told everything would be ready today at 2 pm. Was told to pay when I arrived. Just showed up to pick them all up and literally nobody know what I’m talking about even though I have a 6 minute phone call on my call log from 2 days ago to the phone number that rings here. Worker here called her manager who took my number and promised she would call me back with a solution, never even bother to call me back. Everyone acted like since I didn’t pay over the phone it’s my fault there’s no donuts. Now I’m viciously scrambling to find 50 pink and white sprinkled donuts before my two hour drive to the baby shower I’m throwing. Super awesome. So incompetent I can’t even begin to describe how unhelpful this location has been in fixing their own mistake....

Came into this location. My first time I had a hard time finding a parking spot finally found one and this little blue Nissan actually took the space away from me. It was in front of the cleaners next-door found out that the lady was working at Shipley’s whenever I went in to make my purchase, she looked at me very puzzled and very unfriendly. I made my purchase received my donuts they were cold. The whole experience was not pleasant. The lady in the blue Nissan stayed in that spot for quite a while, because I noticed it whenever I met my friend a little later in the day for lunch at Island Grill I do not know the employees name but I know she was in the blue Nissan and I believe the license plate number was RZR6406. I believe she should not be parking in front of the establishments since they have such limited parking. I thank...
