I want to start off stating that the ladies at this location are phenomenal and they go above and beyond and I’m really thankful for them especially the lady manager, which I’m sorry I cannot remember her name. Those ladies deserve five stars, including the food!!
The reason I could not give a five star is because the other manager, which is RAHI. Is a terrible person who lacks empathy, respect, and is extremely rude! I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing and waited in line for 14 minutes because it was moving extremely slow. So, instead of waiting in line, I decided to go in which I was addressed by a cashier stating that they are unable to give me food because they are closing and I can only get ice cream. It was still 20 minutes left before closing, and Informed them that I have been waiting in line the length of time. RAHI approach the counter and stated we’ll get back in line, but I can only serve you ice cream and not food because we just cleaned our lobby. At that moment, I walked out with disbelief. The nice lady manager waved me down and asked me to come back inside and she will serve me. Even the lady cook and Phenomenal ladies in there were willing to help me which was very appreciated. RAHI Became disrespectful towards his staff, Speaking to them rudely, Talking to them disrespectfully, And yelling at the other lady manager, and she informed him he has been waiting so he should get his food! He became belligerent and disrespectful towards her. RAHI should not be a manager and most definitely should not be in charge of a team because how he handled them and how he speak to them is extremely poor Service and is definitely Uncalled for. I really feel he should be investigated Because if he was able to do that in front of me, I can only imagine how many times he Has done that to them. He really should be removed from that location because I don’t feel it’s a safe environment for that team.
Truly, I feel That ball spot on the top of RAHI Head is making him lose his marbles. Because there is no way he should be a manager and definitely not speaking to those ladies in that manner. Read moreIt saddens me to say that Dairy Queen seems to have lost the magic it once had. I used to be a loyal fan, particularly drawn to their delightful banana splits and irresistible blizzards. Those desserts were the highlights of my childhood, and they held a special place in my heart. However, recent experiences have left me disappointed.
The quality that made Dairy Queen exceptional seems to have declined over the years. The banana splits, which were once a symphony of flavors and textures, now lack the freshness and care that made them memorable. The ice cream in blizzards, too, no longer carries that rich, creamy consistency I fondly remember.
Customer service, another aspect that used to set Dairy Queen apart, has also taken a hit. The warmth and enthusiasm that once greeted customers seem to have diminished, leaving a lackluster impression.
I share these observations with a heavy heart, hoping that Dairy Queen can recapture the essence that made them a beloved dessert destination. Perhaps a return to the passion for quality and customer satisfaction that defined them in the past can restore the joy they once brought to so many. Read moreUPDATE: This location has officially hit rock bottom. I have had number of poor experiences leading up to this recently, but final straw was last night. The kids left to run the place were all noisy enough to here them playing over the speaker when trying to order. I’m not sure whether it was the noise in the background of her colleagues, or the fact the girl had earphones in listening to music instead of keeping up with her job, but I had to repeat (literally) every single item I wanted 3 to 4 times for her. To top things off, aside from not being there to work, she had a bitchitude about everything as if I was the inconvenience as a patron who chose to interrupt her evening. Then, without apology after forgetting parts of my order twice, she dismissed me with “now you can go have a good night or whatever”. Laughing and slamming the window to return to her friends and fun.
