This was absolutely the worst dining experience my family and I have ever had. I'm going to break it up into a couple paragraphs. First I'm going to talk about the service and second, the food, From the time we sat down to the time we left, it was a disaster. The waitress, Brittany (skinny blond lady with glasses) visited our table about a total of four times. The first time was to get our drink order and ask if we were ready to order. The second time was to ask if we were ready to order yet because she was being sat two tables. The third time was to check on us after my meal was done when we asked to see a manager. There was one person, Natasha, who deserves to work somewhere better. She brought our food out, took back the wrong order, brought the new one, apologized for the substandard food, brought our check and comp-ed my wife's food.
My son's food was made incorrectly (he has a dairy allergy) and we asked them to remake it. They brought out a new one and the second set of noodles was good, however on his fries there was some hair on his plate that very closely resembled pubic hair. We asked them to take it back and to talk to a manager, a man that we didn't see at all except when we walked through the door. We sat with empty drinks for quite some time while watching our server stand with hand clutched onto a brewing cup of coffee for five minutes, as if her standing there was going to make the coffee brew faster.
My wife didn't eat her food because she was so grossed out by seeing the hair on our sons food. And not one person asked if her food was ok.
Right before we got the check, on our servers third visit to the table, we asked again to speak to a manager. She went to the kitchen window and the manager never came out, instead sending a third server over to our table. We got the check, paid and left as quickly as possible, hoping to leave this terrible restaurant behind us.
We will never come back to this location. I hope some major changes...
   Read moreTerrible customer service! Iâm not sure if our waitress was having a bad day or what but the way we were treated by her was unacceptable. When we first went to sit down we werenât even acknowledged, she just asked us what we wanted to drink, no hello or anything. I ordered the zesty nachos as an appetizer and they got there literally just 2 minutes before our actual meals got there. I asked the waitress if I could have some jalapeños for my nachos and she seemed very annoyed when she walked away to get them. I watched her ask the cook for them and she told them â can you give me some jalapeños because they didnât even ask for themâ she said this loud enough for me to hear. I of course confronted her about this. I didnât want to make a big scene but I just wanted to know if I was wrong for asking for them after I got the nachos ? Her response was that she got nachos with jalapeños in them at first but she sent it back since I didnât ask for any or something like that but I wasnât asked if I wanted any in the first place? Later on, I see her telling her coworker and they made it very obvious that the discussion was about me. At that point I just wanted to leave. The waitress rarely visited our table even though it wasnât busy at all, instead she was just talking to her coworkers. We were given our checks halfway through the meal and when we went to pay, the coworker she was talking to was there and she was being very rude to my friends and I until our waitress took over for her. I did not tip her even though I usually do tip, but the service I received was just not worth giving my money away. The waitress stared me down the whole time I was paying and it took everything in me to not say something because itâs just not my character anymore. If Iâm going to be giving a business my money then I at least want to receive good service in return! I hope you all save your time and money by not coming...

Its been okay at best in the past but my boyfriend and I went in early last Sunday morning around 1:30am. We waited as a sign asked us to be seated but never were so we finally chose a seat. Took forever for somebody to come over to us and eventually we finally got our drinks, two Iced Teas about 45 minutes later. Let me add that we were the only customers there and there were three wait staff. One girl was on her phone the entire time I think she was actually our waitress and we never even saw her. There was a guy that seemed to be new there (and chemically impaired) whom I asked for parmesan cheese for my spaghetti from... he said no we don't have that and then he said we don't have anything good here. We heard the manager say she was going to leave him on his own there we knew we were in trouble. My boyfriend ordered chocolate shake whichever asking for about seven times finally got in the middle of his fish dinner. I was so ready to leave that I left the check to my boyfriend. I wish I hadn't because I wouldn't have paid what he did. $42 for salmon, spaghetti two Iced Teas and a chocolate shake. I didn't originally get my squash with my spaghetti so I asked for it and was rewarded by getting a $4 charge for sauteed squash added to my bill. We were also charged for two bottled waters which we did not receive we do not even receive tap water so I don't know where those charges came from. The bathroom was disgusting the emoloyees were arguings. I felt like I was on Candid Camera.
