Warning!! Do not order from here!! Both times I went I had an issue. First time was really bad, I gave my name and showed them the messge saying the order is ready, I see my order and point to it and hey said its not ready, I asked the guy to check the boxes I point too and he says its not yours with an attitude and and walked away, then this small lady(the manager) comes yelling and shouting about a customer, while myself and 1 other are waiting, now everyone behind the counter was talking about how stupid the dominos customers are and just disrespect, I def would of left but it was alresdy getting late and i wasnt trying to go anywhere else, she then says I dont have time for this then after all that she turns to me and asks if I have been helped....mind blown! I gave her my name and she walked right to the boxes I pointed to earlier. I was in complete shock when I opened to check and it wasnt even cooked fully, I asked for it to be well done and it says well done on the receipt, she then asked me if I want they can put it back in the oven it will take 10 mins, mind that ive been waiting for like 10-12 mins cause it says my order is ready. The 2nd time I went I used the free pizza coupon and my rewards, they made the mistake and charged me $4.09 cause it said 2 ranch was on the order, no one knows who it added on the ticket and they demanded i pay, I said well just remove it I dont need it, ill just pay what im suppsoed to she said no you have to pay the $4.09 I said ma'am ill pay $2 but im not going to pay extra for anything cause my order was free, tha lady then called the HPD on me while theres people literally waiting in my car for the food, I was waiting for the HPD but they were taking for ever so I left. Read moreI just had an amazing customer service experience with this Domino’s. I was having an issue with my payment using the online feature the young man that answered my call (I wish I could’ve gotten his name) was very patient stayed on the phone with me even went to try to find some other person to assist me with my situation and did all of this without making me feel like I was interrupting anything and I could tell from the sounds in the background that they were extremely extremely busy. Being in a customer service customer facing role for many many years I understand the nuances and body language even in just the voice over the phone how important they are for Guest perception and sometimes we forget to not let customers see or hear frustration in our voices or demeanor even on a subconscious level. I’m guilty of that all the time this young man was such a patient and professional person, even though he could not fix the issue with my order because at the end of the day, it was not his fault. It was actually mine that I discovered later anyway, this young man was amazing and I thanked him for being very patient and understanding. Tonight, the online tracker said my carry-out order was ready for pickup at 7:52 p.m. I arrived at 8:00 p.m. and had to wait another 12 minutes before they had my medium pizza ready. This isn't the first time the tracker was totally wrong. Either the tracker program is really screwed up or the workers who indicate when they're done cooking the food are inputting false information. On two separate occasions when I ordered delivery, the drivers told me that the workers were wrong when they said an order was out for delivery but the food hadn't even been made yet. I live 1/2 mile from my local shop and it took them 75 minutes to deliver marinara pasta dishes.
I thought maybe the delivery drivers were slow, so I started using carry-out and found that the delivery drivers were correct: Orders are being marked as complete long before they are cooked. That's why the online tracker...
