This domino's location delivered pizza to the home while we were out of town. Using Ring, we told the driver that the order was itncorrect and that we did not order. The pizza was left at our doorstep nonetheless. Of course we called the local store to seek their help. They declined to pick up the pizzas. The manager on duty thought she caught me in a lie, "If you are out of town, how did you know pizzas were delivered?" Not sure why anyone would make up such a story and I only mention because it speaks to their demeanor.
Asked to speak with the manager. He was out. The store spoke with him. He declined as well. I asked for them to connect me with the manager or to have him call me. They declined and then hung up on me. I tried calling back several more times. The manager on duty then said that they would not help me and I should stop calling; I asked again to have the manager call me. She said leaving a bad review was the only possibility of speaking with the manager, so here it is. The home is 5 mins from this Domino's location. Can't wait to see what we find waiting for us at the front door when...
Read moreI called the shop; they put me on hold , as I hold, I drive to the shop. When I arrive female team member is very nice, takes my order ( I am still on hold) ; after order is placed I put the phone on speaker , she realizes I am the customer on hold (20min on how by now). She looks at the phone and I look at her she knows I know it was her. I purposely turn my back and as I turn she hangs up. When asked why she hung up , without answer decides she needs to get ready to leave, I asked her why ? She says it was not her. I look around there are 6 to 9 team members and there is only one female. Responsibility; accountability is something you practice and live by to raise your community. Who is running your business when you are sleeping? No ownership ; I guess I can’t blame her if she feels under valued; under paid but it is no excuse not to keep working. Do you want a warm body or do you want a willing individual that puts there best no matter what the situation is? Call me I have 10 people that would die for that job. Ask her she will remember me ; ask the team members. I told her I...
Read moreI do curbside at least once a week and most times the service is good. There’s a nice guy who recognizes me and will bring my pizza out before I even park if he sees me. My pizza has never been made wrong. Then there’s time (maybe every 3rd visit) where the wait is super long like tonight. Long story short it took my order over an hour to get done. I was frustrated because I had a long day at work, had a hungry kid at home, and didn’t want to be left waiting. I had to come inside to pick up my pizza because clearly they were busy and nobody was coming to my car. After waiting even longer just to be helped they couldn’t find my order and wasn’t apologetic at all. They did eventually get me my order and righted the wrong. I wasn’t irate but I wasn’t super polite either which I regret. Yes I’d had a long day but they were obviously in the middle of their long work day and several customers were waiting and visibly upset. I should’ve been more considerate and that’s the approach I’ll take the next time this happens. I apologize to the employees and hope their night is...
