The service was bad. My family ordered three large pizzas for dinner tonight. Originally, only two arrived. A family member called the store and was told the employee would talk to the driver.
My parent called again awhile later and spoke to the manager, who was rude and gave her an attitude. The driver was supposedly asked, and said all three were delivered. The manager said he believed his story. I have a video from my Ring camera only getting two and a receipt showing three. We were able to get the third delivered with a different driver, but it didn’t have the right toppings on it. We initially wanted the tip or the delivery fee refunded, but were told it couldn’t be done.

Read morePer the app it would take 15 -20 min for order to be ready. Arrived at almost 15 min. Waited an additional 10 min to get the “free pizza if not deliver to my vehicle within 2 min of it being ready”. After 6 min past completed time I go in and they claim they don’t do that 2 min for free pizza anymore… but yet it’s still on the app. Their oven started not working supposedly so there was even more of a delay so they gave me a free 2 liter of soda, which I didn’t want nor need. I see they are hiring and probably short staffed. But still, to completely just disregard the app promo….. why is it still on the app?? I’m not upset about oven going out, it’s the promo app that the seemed to be manager completely blew off....

I figured it was a mistake from the employees because when I initially paid it took a while and it looked like there was something wrong with their system. I understand mistakes like this happen so I called the store to get refunded and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. He told me I’d have to dispute it with my bank because there was nothing he could do. I asked him if I could send him a screenshot to show him this had nothing to do with my bank and he said it wouldn’t change anything.
