I don’t normally post reviews, in fact it’s my first ever, but I just wanted to provide some feedback for this Dominos location. I placed my order for 2 small pizzas. Immediately after, I get a call from the location saying that the order might take 15-20 minutes longer than said when I placed the order, which was 15-25 minutes. I first thought that that was nice of them to just give me a heads up at the least, as I have had the issue with the same location before where the delivery time is much longer than expected. After about 30 minutes and following the Pizza tracker, it had already been sitting out of the oven for about 15 minutes. Another hour goes by and still shows that my pizza has not left the store. I decide to call just to double check on the order, and a lady tells me that the wait time was 2 and a half hours. That is insane! I wish they had atleast told me that on the phone originally so I could have cancelled my order. Eventually, I do receive my poorly made, soggy cold pizza that was sitting out of the oven for so long before I received it. If the store knew that the wait time would be that long, then the shouldn’t prepare and bake the pizza as soon as the order is placed. We tried to order over the phone, I guess when you call a location it just sends you straight to a call center now. The person taking my order had a very hard time understanding how to spell my name and I tried to correct them multiple times. They kept trying to charge my card even though I told them the name was incorrect and it kept declining. It declined 5 times and shut down my credit card all because they couldn’t slow down and listen to what I was spelling for them and double checking before charging. They then transferred me to the store itself and I explained to them the situation and asked to order. They then transferred me back to the call center. I hung up and then proceeded to order online and found out my order online was nearly $15 more than what they were trying to charge me over the phone. I had NO missed calls from them, even checked with my phone company. Asked to speak to a manager and he was rude the entire time. I asked if there was anything he could do for me and he said "no thank you BYE" and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I was nice the whole time. My husband called and a girl answered and he asked to speak to the manager and she told us "he is not talking to yall right now" and then when he asked for the managers name, she said "I don't know" and HUNG UP ON US AGAIN. We finally reached the manager and he said he would void out my order, but I was charged full price. Never got the pizza, never offered a solution, didn't miss any calls from them, and had to deal with the rudest, most ridiculous manager on the planet. INSANE.
