Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

From the complaints it looks as if I am not the only person that has had an issue with the woman manager and her service. I use to stay off of 1960 and I never had any issues with Dominos. I move and both times I have attempted to order online I have gotten errors and was told to call the store. I call the store and tell the lady about my issue and she was just like “well you cant get that over the phone you have to order online.” Like yes I understand that, but this is the second time online has given me issues so I am calling for help. She provided me with no solution besides ordering a higher price deal over the phone. I did end up placing a complaint through the corporate phone number and she immediately called me saying that she was not being rude and just very aggressive. I told her that even if she feels like she wasn’t being rude thats how it was and it came off to me. And I also told her that this is not how you call a customer because they complained that you did not fix their problem. So training is needed for her to have more professionalism and empathy towards customers or she needs to find a new line of work. Oh and by the way, this how my pizza came. The WORST dominos EVER! I live near the galleria and always order from dominos. I came to visit my mom who is disabled near the Aldine bender and Airline location and called the dominos on 50 Aldine Bender Road, 77060 to order. First I waited 16 minutes for someone to pick up and then they told me they could NOT deliver to me if I was a new customer. Not only has my mother lived in this apartment for 13 years and I have had the same cell number for 9 of them, the refused to take my order. Once I spoke to a manger, she agreed to take my order and deliver it but ONLY if I met them at the front office, which I agreed because this is what mama wanted to eat this evening. I thanked her. 1 1/2 went by, livid...I call back and ask if they were busy and what the hold up was and to my surprise the lady tells me that the driver delivered my order and tried calling but I never answerd. Had my mother not calmed me down, I would have lost it. Needless to say...I never got my order and they still charged my card. I don't know if all dominos pizzas are a corporation or privately owned but I have never experienced a dominos this unprofessional. I never complain but my goodness. Good...

We ordered a pizza and it got delivered to the wrong house. We told the delivery guy to please give us a new one but to throw that one away he insisted on giving it back but of course we were just trying to make sure we got a fresh new pizza and not have them lie to us and give back the same one. When we got there I encountered an extremely rude manager, I was being nice about the situation because I understand that it was a simple mistake and can happen to anyone, the manager was willing to give us a new pizza but we still had to wait 30 min, so I asked for a refund on the delivery and the money we tipped. She kept repeating that we were already receiving a new pizza but insisted that it wasn’t free if I PAYED for that and that I just wanted a refund on the delivery and tip. She said because the driver already “delivered it” that she can’t refund which I think was very dumb because it wasn’t us who received the pizza. I understand people make mistakes but she never once apologized and raised her voice at me. On top of that she didn’t want to give me a receipt for proof of the refund, until I had to ask...
