El Taconazo Grill (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

They gave me the wrong salsas. I didnt find out till i was at work(which is in Pasadena). So when i come back to try to exchange them she tells me she cant exchange them because its been a whole day even though its been 8 hours. But i keep telling her how was i supposed to know? Its not like i can just turn around to come back and exchange salsas. So eventually the cook tells her to just give me the ones i paid for. And that shouldve been it but she proceeds to tell me that i cant do this and she wont let it slide next time, that i should check before leaving(thats not my job, she shouldve checked that those were the right salsas). So i let it slide, didnt leave review because i love the food here, but now I've been trying to call(total of 10 times in an interval of 20 mins) and she keeps forwarding my calls instantly and when she saw that it was the same number, she didnt even let it ring. Now this place is usually busy at night so i wrote it off as that, but even then when they are busy they always answer my calls and just tell me to hold. I dont know if its new staff or whats the issue here but this just made me go to the other Taconazo thats by Fulton area, which has a bigger sense of community, is faster, and honestly...

I don't understand the hype. We got 3 tacos de fajita, 3 tacos de pastor, 1 torta fajita, & agua de horchata. I guess if you're looking for quantity over quality, this is you're stop. $2 tacos, which does have a good amount of dry fajita, i prefered the pastor tbh. Are on 2 regular size tortillas, which i got excited for at first lol. But I rather have a bit more flavor in my food and a bit of that taco flavor on my tortillas. My partner didn't really enjoy his torta de fajita as well. The horchata was good. The service was good as well. The food just wasn't it, and that's coming from a hungry person who would eat anything cuz the munchies kicked...
