I've been coming here for over 15 years even when the store was next to Krogers on Telephone Rd and I've never been more disappointed in my life I'm 62 years old and a veteran and I felt very unappreciated there,I'm a regular there and I go there a minimum of once a week sometimes more and I spend at least$40 everytime if not more!The point I'm getting at is customer satisfaction ok so your out of corn and it'll take 15 minutes to do more,would you like something else,sure give me three small mustard greens,Oh that'll be $3 more are you kidding me??And this is for greens sitting on a warming table for there all you can eat buffet,that'll be thrown out at the end of the night anyway!Ok here's my point is that everyone there knows me and my family especially the young asian lady that waited on me and is there everyday,and I know for a fact was in charge because the older asian lady who is normally there was not present and she would have made an exception no questions asked,so maybe the young asian lady needs to be retrained in customer satisfaction,you don't treat customers that way if you want them to keep coming back and if she treats me this way I hate to see how she treats a random walkin or drive thru customer!Signed a very hurt and may never go back used to be...
Read moreI went in today. We had a very big order. I spent almost $80. I ordered chicken gizzards livers. Fish rolls mashed potatoes with gravy. Bthey did not have enough chicken. So I ended up waiting more than 40 minutes for my order. Got to the small birthday celebration and guess what? My chicken gizzards were very dry. Very hard. Not edible at all. I have been coming there for years to eat at the buffet. I don't know what is going on. It was a gentleman that took my order. And the lady that brought my order out knows me very well. Read moreCalled myself going here to grab a buffet to go before going to work for an overnight shift. The doors were still unlocked so I assumed I could still place an order from the lobby.
