Update...... Service absolutely sucks here, extremely slow, and staff is argumentative and quick to tell u what they cant do. I have the sonic application and also get text food specials. You order one of the specials and I tell them about and they act like you dont know what your talking about. I show them the text or food specials and then Im told they cant ring it up for advertised price. Ive been in their drive thru for over an hr before. Manager Elizabeth Ramirez is a joke dont even waste ur time. I've been doing split pays since Ive been going here ...which is the change amount in cash and my credit card for dollar amount but now all of a sudden it cant be done unless its with a Sonic Card. So many inconsistencies with staff and service its been a hit or miss but more miss than hits. I asked manager for corporate information because I know this isnt true then she tells me it will be on receipt then she gives me receipt with is barely legible and half is missing due to low /no ink in printer. Obviously she didnt want me to make complaint and then she writes 866 ok sonic on the bottom. Crappie service even from the manager. Dont recommend...
Read morePlaced an order online for pk up I check in on my stall im parked at said order should be out shortly. 20 minutes later I press the button to see what's going on now I'm told that I have to get in line stallsate closed there was like 5 cars park both cars next to me place their order while i check into the app I'm like what the F why does the app or yall not say something. To add to that when the employee is bringing my food I see the manager looking at us so I'm like red flag check my food notice my blizzard is all melted I tell the guy I need a new one this one is melted once I get home and put the spoon I notice they only replace the very top of the ice cream and all the bottom was melted liquid. Read moreI ordered a chili & cheese foot long hot dog with tator tots & a iced tea for my beverage. The young man was quick 🙂 to bring my order out to me in an orderly fashioned manner. He was also very polite 😉, now with that being said I also ordered a double meat bacon🥓 with tator tots & a root beer 🍺 for another person with me. I gave the guy a $50 bill & since he was so polite 😉 I told him to take $5 tip for himself. He said " Thank you!!!" Now when he returned with my food & change he gave me $55 back in return. I informed him that he gave me too much money back and his response was " Are you sure?" I said" Yes!" I gave him back the $$ that he over paid me! I think 💬 🤔 because he was giving out two orders @ the same time, me & another customer that had pulled on the side of me. He said " Thank you with a smile!!!😁.
