HORRIBLE! Why, you ask? We were the 2nd ones to come through the doors, 2nd one to place our order, but guess what order they decided to hand out food? 4 or more other people came in minutes after us but yet somehow got their food before us because they entire staff was not able to comprehend their computerized monitor system to see whose food should be up next. The onion rings we ordered were cooked first but yet sat on the counter for a long time. We ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food and seeing several other customers get their food after they came in after us. We were trying to get a bit to eat before getting on a plane to head back home but eventually decided to ask for our money back. When I asked for my money back, an employee, who did not take our order, got an attitude with us and tried to get us to take food that was sitting on the counter - which we declined. After they lied to us about the order in which they handed out food, I politely pointed out that we were in fact the 2nd order to come through the door, at which point all other customers in the building laughed and agreed with me. As you can see, i could write a novel about the bad experience at this place. Let me sum this up with this. Read moreI just left there. An ah** in front of me in a black Chevrolet car, nearly hit the car in front of him trying to get to the drive thru window. He then stuck his finger in the crack of the window, unhinged the lock, and threw a sack of something into the window, and took off. The poor girl still managed to be polite, but clearly she wad not happy. My food was great and I just hate that drive thru employees have to deal with that kind of mess.

I'm not sure what is going on with this location's morning staff, but it's a hot mess. I ordered BREAKFAST... jalapeno cheddar biscuit and 2 taquitos along with my boyfriends order of a number 8 burger. Here's where everything went down the drain. The person taking my order couldn't comprehend how to charge for the jalapeno cheddar biscuit and recruited some help She then didn't understand how to make only one order of the taquitos a meal After ordering in the drive thru, we waited in line for over 20 minutes When we finally got the order, there were ZERO taquitos in the bag, even though we were charged for them. And the biscuit I ordered was turned into a meal with French Fries .... not hash browns, but fries.

To start when i asked the kid at the front counter for spicey ketchup he just rolled his eyes before grabbing it, second my order was missing food items. 3rd, the meat was dry and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a little to long and 4th who punches a damn burger after its made?? I mean come on i understand 1 thing on an order being messed up but everything was absolutely terrible about the meal.... HOW?!?!? I would post pics if I could for some reason it wont let me. Not planning to eat this location ever again, the service has gone downhill here over the last 2 year!! Looks like it's time to clear house and start over again... bring Willie back he was a great manager and would never let this kind of poor service happen!
