Hartz Krispy Chicken N Rolls 218 — Restaurant in Houston

Update 6\10 Tues night 8pm. Came in Tues for special. I asked server for all legs he was going to do it. Then another server an AA female with corn rolls going straight back..think the braids were orange...she tells him "No! We ain't changing the special." So i said fine. But I'd like to wait till the next batch of chicken that comes out. Because that current chicken and sitting there when just came in. I explained that I didn't mind waiting. The server a Hispanic male said ok and 2 seconds later the same young woman with the braids pushes a bag at me. I said, this isn't mine, I'm waiting for fresh chicken. She said angrily " This is the freshest I got" I told her again I don't mind waiting but I don't want that chicken. She was about to "read me" lol but then a different young woman (Tamika) intercede and took the bag nicely and said ma'am I'll get you fresh chicken. It will be about a 15 minute wait. As I turned to walk away the girl with the braids began fussing at Tamika. I couldn't hear what she was saying but her face looked like she was very upset. So I said "If it's a problem, please give me my money back. Tamika assured me that everything was fine. Tamika was professional and very nice. She fixed a situation from escalating unnecessarily. I've been to this Hartz 3 times. And every time I come I've noticed the same young lady with the braids having some sort of altercation/unprofessional behavior. Because of this I will go back to the Hart's at S. MAIN. We have choices and we don't have to be subject to this type of behavior when we are spending our money. KUDOS to Tamika. Arrived at 9:20PM and went to drive thru. I pulled up to window like the sign said on the speaker. No one came. Then I drove around to the door and saw the employee sitting in the lobby on her phone and didnt even acknowledge my son at the door. She got up and disappeared. I drove back to the drive thru, blew the horn and no one came again. Then another employee emerged from the back. Totally unprofessional!!! This is why I come during the daytime while lthe petite light brown skin lady (she talks with a lisp is there.) She's the true example of how all of your employees should interact...

Decided to get the Tuesday (11/11/2025) special and the cashier who prepared my food had hair ALL over her black shirt, front and back!! The manager was present and I asked the manager (I'm assuming she was the boss because her Hartz sweatshirt had Boss Lady on the back) was that dog hair on her employees shirt? She had the most "stank" attitude ever! How is it possible she let that employee work like that? The music was so loud I thought I was in...
