It’s disheartening to share my recent experience at what I can only describe as a culinary abyss. I opted for the convenience of an online order, hoping to enjoy a quick meal, but instead was met with a frustrating reality that left me both hungry and appalled.
First, an eternity seemed to pass—30 long minutes as I waited for my pizza, each tick of the clock amplifying my impatience. When I mustered the courage to ask a question, hoping for some clarity or reassurance, I was met with silence. Not a soul came to the rescue, leaving me feeling ignored and neglected in a place that promised satisfaction.
As if that wasn’t disheartening enough, my glance toward the kitchen revealed a scene that made my stomach churn. The pizza dough, which should be handled with care and hygiene, lay exposed in the sweltering heat, absolutely unprotected from the elements. And to add insult to injury, the dough was precariously stacked in pans, one on top of another—each sticky layer echoing a lack of standards and a disregard for basic food safety.
This establishment, which could have been a pillar of great food and service, instead feels like a cautionary tale. Adequate hygiene and customer engagement are not just nice-to-haves; they are the very foundation of any dining experience. I left not only unsatisfied but deeply disappointed, questioning if I would dare to return to a place that seems to have forgotten the essential values of respect—for its food, its customers, and the business...
Read moreI came to the drive thru, waited Iike 20 minutes in line . When I finally made it to the window I ordered 2 peps and a 2 liter Pepsi. I was told " we don't have any peps right now let me check with the manager." The employee then returned and said " my manager said we are only doing online orders" . The time was 9:38, I know they were very close to closing but I have worked here before and I know this is not proper procedure. There should be an adequate amount of sheet outs and pizzas set and ready from the reference of projections. Also the manager on duty should never send 8 to 10 cars away for the simple fact of not wanting to efficiently work and execute. This is a horrible example of leadership. Which has been a consistent situation with all the leadership I have experienced recently. This is also an example of a toxic culture that is very lack luster towards customer service and satisfaction . Little Ceasars is a loved and honored business in Detroit. Although this is not the home of creation the same pride should be...
Read moreThis place got horrible. Not too long ago, a young chick upfront with glasses had a snotty attitude, 2 times my order was wrong, waiting is looong. It is not the same.
To edit: 3/4/25 Calling (713) 776-9200 sends me to an area not sure if an employee inside the store answers but I was told if I wanted to pay cash or in the window I had to go inside. If I ordered over the phone I needed to provide my card info ( what if I am driving I can’t just pull over) I called earlier and I was able to order to pay at the drive thru. If I had a sickly child or multiple kids or disabled and unable to easily go in and out my car- they automatically lost business. There’s a drive thru. Might as well order online. I keep coming here because it’s the only closest one and my kids ask for this pizza.
To edit: today is 8/05/18.. been at the drive thru at 9:20 they closed. It CLOSES AT 10 AND THEY STOPPED MAKING PIZZAS AT 9. don't waste your time coming here. This place is worthless. Lazy ppl. I'll give...
