The lady at the front counter through my order to me in a to-go bag despite the fact that I requested to dine in. "No Sweat," I thought as I sat down to organize my ultimate cheeseburger which I had been craving all day. Upon disassembly I noticed a very clear bite mark seemingly from a small child on the edge of one of my patties. Upon discussing the situation with the manager on duty she was nice enough to point out the fact that the missing meat (complete with bite marks) was indeed on the lower bun of my burger, apparently spat back on there by the very petite, middle-aged, hispanic grill cook. Having worked at Jack In The Box during my high school days, I realize some customers can be unreasonable, and am therefore always super polite to people working harder than they want to for less money than they need. Read moreI placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived at the location, the employee said “we’re not taking orders right now.” No signs indicated that there was an issue. It seems like the employee was working alone. I pulled to the window to try to explain that I placed a mobile order since she ignored me on the microphone. She also ignored me at the window and continued to clean the coffee machine. I tried to call inside, but a voicemail picked up. Finally after sitting there and blowing, she came to the window walking with an attitude and rolling her eyes. I told her I have a mobile order and asked what do I need to do about it because my card was charged. “I’ll get your food!” Then she walked away after slamming the window. I decided to drive away without getting anything because at that point, I felt as if she was going to do something to my food.
