Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Here's my experience I went to this location on 7/3/2016 TODAY!!! I ordered a jumbo jack no cheese two tacos and two value fries sounds simple enough right. I get home my Sandwhich is not what I ordered its like a junior burger and I didn't get sauce for my tacos. So I call in and speaker with a manager she tells me to come back up there and they will remake my order. So I go but not right away when I got there I didn't just get the food that was messed up earlier in the day I also ordered this new brewery sandwich meal medium size and I say hey I came earlier my order was made wrong I'd like to get that now. A jumbo jack and the two tacos along with the new Sandwhich they're advertising. Ok so I get home and my jumbo jack is not a jumbo jack it's a sesame seed bun with tomatoes lettuce cheese bacon and some type of sauce right. I say to myself what kind of people do they have working at this location. I call in ask to speak with a manager and explain to her what happened she was really nice. She's says look come here before 10pm and I will personally make your sandwich myself and apologized. I said thank you but that's ok I just needed to call to let you know about my experience at you establishment. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on you. I will never go back to this place again. They need employees that care about the food that's getting served not people that just throw anything in a back just to get you off of...

There was good and bad about my family's visit to this Jack in the Box. I will start with the bad. There was a young man working the register. As part of working the register he was handling cash with his bare hands. He also repeatedly scratched his head. At one point he left the register to go outside the restaurant to give someone their order. After coming back from bringing the order outside, he attempted to fix my family member's order with his bare hands even though he has not washed his hands. My family member complained to the young man and his manager and demanded that someone with gloves fix her food. The manager eventually got someone else with gloves to fix the food.

The good news is that the food tasted good. Also, the order was prepared quickly. Finally, the inside of the restaurant...

Ordered thru mobile app in the restaurant and told the lady working there and even showed her the order on my phone. Told me it isn't ready and I needed to wait, No biggie. I took a seat and was waiting. Few minutes layer she puts a bag in the mobile order area and walks away. I have to wait 5 more minutes while she actively ignor me trying to ask her if that's my food. When she finally does acknowledge me she says that's not my name in the bag and it's not my order even though I tell her the name. Of course it is my order so she then gets an attitude because apparently I should have just kept waiting until my food was cold thanks to her incompetence. I'm glad I won't be coming back here ever again. Poor...
