Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

This restaurant by far is the worst ove gone too. Not sure if it's the grease or the meat being old. Not sure how they even have good reviews or if people try other jack in the box restaurants. We ordered 3 ultimate cheeseburgers and a jumbo jack. The meat was disgusting, tasted different than other Jack's I've been at. Like I said not sure if the oil or the meat being old is what gave it a bad taste. The tacos we ordered were stale and the meat inside was different and made me gag compared to other Jack's I've been at and the fries tastes rubbery (Curly fries). I always go to the one on telephone or gulf freeway and this was was near. Didn't see the reviews until afterwards. This by far was the most disgusting taste in burger, fries and taco. There is 2 Jack's 10min away, go to those people. This place is disgusting, I'm sure they don't keep their food fresh and if you compare the Patti taste with other Jack's you will tell a huge difference. Disgusting and never coming here again. Save your money

Only reason it’s not one star is because the older woman cooking the food was on point . Sadly she had two lazy younger Kids working the front, hopefully she had another hand back there because all they did was stand around and look stupid. The young lad taking my order had his AirPod in and was blankly staring at me when I told him my ice coffee wasn’t good and that I wanted to just switch it for a fountain drink . Before then he acted as if he didn’t see me trying to get his attention so I could tell him before he was trying to hand the food out of the window … he had a dry attitude because I wanted another drink and gave me a small drink as if I didn’t just pay $4 for that ice coffee. So the Jack in the box is at 1217 Wayside Dr. Houston Tx. Oddly enough there was an employee who I couldn’t tell was male or female. I ordered an All American Ribeye Burger combo large and a 3 piece jalapeño poppers, 2 regular tacos and a large fries in a large box but it was a small fries in a large box a burger built by a toddler and 4 poppers not 3. I asked for ketchup, I was informed they didn’t have any, I requested hot sauce it give me one. I asked for more and I got pure attitude for 7 more Considering I was ordering a new meal on menu I want the sauce to kill taste if I do not like it. I never got my tacos because I didn’t want to deal with “its”attitude.
