Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

We have been coming to this Jack In The Box for sometime now an everytime we come we run into the same problem with the same worker Juan Garcia we place our order an always ask for a large hot coffee an his response is we can't make it I told him why not I was told by a manager it being a 24 hour business we make what customers request last night we went again an again I asked for hot coffee an again was told no they can't make it I asked to speak to manager he stated their was no manager on duty I have been trying to call all day phone goes on an it's a recording SMH But yet when we stop by on Monday night the lady has no issues making coffee for us I then asked for district manager number he said we don't have the number an who ever the female that was working with Juan Garcia was also no help it does not take long to make a pot of coffee I call it being lazy. Jack In The Box at 7045 Airline talk to your employees they need to step it up customers come first. With out customers sales drop an hours get cut...... People ask for Jobs to Work Not To Be Lazy We...

UPDATE: Came by tonight 04/15/23 and I must say my visit was great. First and foremost, an employee by the name of George that was working the drive-thru is a very very great employee. He is very respectful well mannered and has a very great attitude. I mean his communication skills are on point and for this reason I give this location 5 stars. My food was very delicious aswell nice and hot and my whole order was correct. I highly recommend this location.

This location is great!!!! Came by today to get breakfast and they delivered. I had some orders that were special and they made it the way I requested...they did it with no problem. My breakfast was delicious nice a pretty. I reccomend this location for the great service friendly staff delicious...

I've visited several Jack in the Box locations, and this one stands out as the best overall. Tonight's service was exceptional, and the food was, as always, freshly made. The team was fantastic, and I want to especially commend the manager overseeing the night shift. It's clear that great management plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly, and it shows in the positive energy and good moods of the staff. The service was top-notch, and the team's enthusiasm made the experience even better. Keep up the great work! I hope this 5-star review serves as some recognition for all their hard work.
