Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

This is by far the worst jack in the box store 5316 on Antoine dr and pinemont my brother purchased a food order from this jack in the box and the food was missing and cold and no straws and napkins were provided and the soda tasted so bad there was not even any ice the manager Kimberly with glasses said they don’t have any napkins to provide for the walk in customers only the drive-through and the only way customers can get napkins are the ones that are out on the floor so how is that supposed to work for the post mate drivers there was no napkins near the coca cola machine as the manager explained this new management is very horrible luckily my brother got the money refunded we were very mad how the manager was very rude to us she had no manners they did make his food again thank god but she gave us dirty looks the whole entire time and all the staff was looking at us and is talking all the gossip to her workers this is suppose to be a professional environment the manager just asked if he wanted ketchup and she had ketchup these people lie to you smh DONT COME TO THIS JACK IN THE...

UPDATE 2022: I went in at 1pm (giving this location another chance) and first thing i am being told that it is closed! Oh yet they had a drive thru line. . . 🤨 This JIB needs to be removed or get their priorities straight!

If I can I would give 0 stars! It never fails that everytime I come to this JIB they either already "closed" more like employees doing their own thing and not their job (I stay by the area so not like I been here 2 3 times been coming few times and give it a chance), customer service is so rude and unprofessional. This last visit I went this lady was taking my order in the drive thru one she had a tone two when she hand us our food she had her headphones on talking on the phone complaining about how she has 2 hours working by herself. . . Believe me, just go somewhere else or if you want their food drive up to a different restaurant.

I agree with the other reviews. This is definitely the worst jack in the box around this area. I live in the neighborhood and I have visited this location long enough to judge the service. Let me tell you, order is never right, was told many times they didn’t have a cook in early in the morning, their shakes or ice cream machine is always down for some reason, they always forget to give me napkins or ketchup. But most of all my order is NEVER READY!!! Even thou I order ahead using the app and select prepare food now 10 plus before getting there. And have caught the overnight person sleeping, had to hunk at the window to get them to prepare my order. Have shared my feedback with managers in the past but they always just say. Ok sorry.
