Cashier was very friendly and helpful as I don’t come here…ever, but the line at Chik-fil-A was insanely long this was my first time here. But the only drinks they had available were Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Jason’s Deli brand bottles water. Only drinks available were bottled, no soda fountain. I grabbed some chips and god the ā€œBeef Eaterā€ sandwich. The bag of chips was practically empty when I opened it. The meat on the sandwich was a disturbing combination of half tepid/room temperature and half very cold. I don’t normally eat here, and will never eat here again because of this. The prices were way too high for the quality of food I was served.

Not worth stopping at when chic fil a and whataburger are next door. The sandwich was like any sandwich however the staff was absolutely horrible. After I ordered they got into a verbal altercation over a customer hearing a sandwich called ā€œwhiteā€ while they were saying ā€œlightā€ (remember we are all wearing masks. None of that bothers me and can be written off as bad communication. It was all 3 jumping in that bugs me. When I got my sandwich it came with avocado. Apparently they have forks for you to spread it yourself? Seems so lazy on their part.

Tamera Coleman was not very helpful. I had asked if they have combo meals and she said "I think those up there" and pointed to the marquee sign. She was on a personal phone call when I walked up to her. She got on another personal phone call while I was trying to make sure to see if they have combo meals, but took the personal call and stopped assisting me. I just walked off and got my meal somewhere else.

Wow, what can I say, this is a terribly run business. After getting off of a long day of travel, we decided to get something to eat before the long drive home from the airport. Jason's Deli seemed like a good choice; sandwiches are usually a healthy choice, and the toasted bread smelled very good.

A typical sign of a poorly managed business is when they run out of items. Today, they were out of at least the following: medium cup tops, Swiss cheese, Reuben, ice, and tomato soup. When my wife decided that they ran out of everything she wanted so she would go somewhere else, the cashier cancelled the whole order without telling me. I waited there for 15 minutes with my kids and he never said a word. I eventually asked how the offer was coming and he told me he had cancelled it.

Total disaster of an experience all the way around. Looks like it's time for IAH to refresh the businesses...

Would leave 0 stars if I could. At 8:10 PM on Monday, July 22, I ordered the chicken Panini and was then asked by the employee with the initials EV whether I was ok with it not being pressed. I shook my need to indicate no.

EV confirmed what I meant and I said I would like it pressed. She said they are about to close so the machine is off so they can clean it. I asked when they close and she said 9 PM. Perplexed, I reiterated that it is 8:10 PM and that I would like a pressed Panini.

EV stated again that the machine is off so they can clean it before they close. She then asked the other employee who reluctantly agreed to make it and EV asked if I was ok with waiting for it to heat up. I let her know I was going to order something else, asked whether V was her last name or first and then left.

A pity as I really did want a...
