Terrible service, incompetent employees. Counter worker had to have assistance from manager half a dozen times while ringing up a simple simple order, and they still missed a sandwich. Then the manager tries to blame me because they read back the order multiple times (I must have repeated the order 8 times myself), without the missing sandwich in the list. I kept telling them to add said sandwich each time they read the order, and they still missed it. I even told them to add pickles to that specific sandwich while the manager was helping to prepare the order and he acknowledged the request but didn't draw attention to the fact that said sandwich wasn't in the order. The kid working the counter has trouble understanding, and being understood, and probably has no business doing a customer facing job. The manager needs to learn to raise his hand and take it on the chin when he and his employees do such a poor job, not blame the customer. I'm sure he'll get on here and argue back that he did nothing wrong. Avoid this place if you can. Here's hoping Jimmy John corporate office goes in here and...
Read moreService with the cashier was absolutely horrible. I simply asked the lady if I could have a side of tuna on the side and she refused. Made me buy the full meal just so I can have the tuna. I politely asked her if I could get a container on the side so I can place the tuna from the sandwich onto the container myself so I can separate it on my own and if she can charge me extra and she didn't say a word to me, grabbed her pen In frustrating and upset manner that made me feel uncomfortable and ignored me as I continued to pay for my food. Absolutely rude, she took my request completely personal. Will not go back to this location and watch out for that lady, hope she has...
Read moreConsistently gets orders wrong. Inshop argues with the cashier every time I’ve been in there which is about once a week, so it’s hard to tell where the miscommunication is coming from. I’ll just sit and eat and watch as every 3rd or 4th order ends up being wrong. They do fix the orders when the errors are brought to their attention, but if almost every other order needs to be redone it somewhat defeats the purpose. I worked at JJs in college and we managed to run a...
