Jo's Coffee – Houston Heights — Restaurant in Houston

Terrible. I got the bungalow and a friend ordered a matcha, they got the order wrong and gave her an iced oat. Fine, we roll with it. We both tried our coffees a bit down the road and were so disappointed! My bungalow had cayenne pepper caked onto the bottom of the drink, so bad that it burned to drink (and I like spice). The oat milk latte was extremely watered down, not to mention again that it was supposed to be a matcha. We wanted to return to get new ones but were pressed for time and already a ways away, we won’t be returning.

There are so many great small owned coffee shops here, I don’t understand the need to open another chain....

It’s not a bad place at all I love the coffee. However the past couple times I have gotten a wrong order. I don’t know if it’s just hard to hear talking into the speaker at the drive-through. I saw it has happened before of someone getting a wrong order and rolling with it which I definitely did because you know it’s cool to try something new and I don’t wanna be a difficult customer. Cold brew is my go to and it’s mid level here. But the ambiance, location and ACCESS TO TACODELI TACOS are living my life.
