😖 Awful.At the drive thru window there is plastic protector strips to protect the workers during the pandemic. The employee put my cinnamon stick in a bag shorter then the pastry so the end of my cinnamon stick was sticking out. So I asked the lady for different one and pointed out it had rubbed up against the plastic shield. She saw the frosting on the shield and blew her breath like I was wrong. So I asked for another. I get my breakfast here sometimes. I have never been inside and the drive-thru is super fast - I've never had to wait; something I can't quite say about the Shipley's next door. In my opinion, Shipley's has great donuts but disgusting kolaches. After all, everything is right in the name. If you want something sweet, go to Shipley's DONUTS. If you want good quality kolaches, go to the KOLACHE Factory. If you want both and have time go to both places. And if you want both but don't have enough time, go to Kolache Factory as they are...

Not even going to try to explain this one but order 1 ham and cheese, 1 bacon and cheese and 1 cream cheese. Katz Coffee served here.
Some KF locations are better than others thought. Buyer Beware.
