Memorial Hermann — Local services in Houston

I have shopped at this location a number of times 10259 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77096... I purchased a galaxy watch ⌚ May 3rd which was a buy 1 get one free and I say beware of the free. Well after further study it wasn't all free so I decided to return the item and when I explained to the manager why I chose not to keep the watch the manager first said there would be a restocking fee, then he said he could not accept return on the watch because return policy is in 14 days. The 14th day was Fri May 17th but I get off work late so I came into the store 10am Sat. May 18th 2019 the very next day. The manager said it was after return policy of 14 days and could in no way accept return. I asked him if he could make an exception and he said it not in his power to do so. I then ask if he could contact his superior for approval and he would not do so. He told me to come back Monday. I went to another store 10114 Bissonet St. Ste 100 and ask the manager their if he could accept a return at first he also said no but shortly afterward said he would make an exception. The manager made an exception which is all I asked of the previous Store Mgr. This manager did this and also said at the other location that manager could have made an exception as well. The item was brand new never been opened I just wanted to return the item that is all...... Thanks Bissonet store for...

The single worst health care experience of my life. The wait time was excruciating. We walked out twice after being told we'd be seen "right away" only to have them call after us and say we were next. The entire staff seemed far more interested in making sure our payment would clear instead of actually focusing on patient care. Inexcusable service, but if you waste enough time there you finally give up and wait even longer, and someone who pretends to care will...

I used to work here. It used to be a great place to work. The security department is a joke. They're basically ran by former cops who couldn't hack...
