Whataburger — Restaurant in Houston

BEWARE of this WHAT-a-BURGER!!! Scammers at the window!!! We visited this location around 5:30 a.m. on 7/20/2018. The cashier took our $20 bill then stepped away from the window for about 5-6 minutes and comes back stating "Ma'am this bill is not real." What?!? first of all why did you leave the window with my money??? "Ma'am I marked the money and it came back false". NO WAY she never marked the money at the window she took the money and walked away from her drawer. The manager on duty refuse to roll the tape back as all video footage is rolling. Sad to says the police was called as a result of this matter. I have yet to speak with the store manager, but I must say I work way too hard for my money and Lord knows I don't have $20 to give away nor was the money she received from me fake. It is my belief my money was switched as the other bills in my purse from the bank were all good and verified by the police. However, it's mighty funny that they couldn't open the door to retrieve a $20 from their cash draw to identify other bills. Please be ware and if you've experienced this @ this What-a-Burger please report to the authorities as this is a SHAME I would like to be wrong and over thinking this situation, but I promise I am not. BE WARE OF SCAMMERS!!!!! I was there at 7-8 pm this past weekend. I want to say this. The service was slow, it took forever to get my debit card back. Normally it’s a swipe and here u go. OH NO!!!!! The young teen girl I believe, that was companies by some one else there at the first window were chatting before I got to the window. Here is the kicker, the following day my ID info form my debit was used. Mind u that the last place I used my card was at this location. So I called HQ Sunday, got called back Mon, and told them what happened, than the manager of the location calls me. Told them what happened. Best they can do is say sorry I’ll look in to it. Which is understand able. But fire the employee, and keep better look out on ur other employees. If u not getting paid enough there go find a different job. Food was normal, just never going to that location again. Had better service at other locations. And already told my friends to stay away from this place. Cause they don’t need to go what I went through. Thank god a have a good bank....

Apparently the employees here don't have very good listening skills at all. I visited this location this Sunday morning hoping to get a breakfast burger. The breakfast burger is a limited time favorite of mine but apparently none of the employees here know what it is even though its a huge picture of it on the drive thru menu. I tried explaining to the girl when she kept saying I had to pick bacon or sausage that she's not listening well and charging for the wrong thing. I would think the employees would know the burger already comes with everything. I get to the window to correct them only for another employee that doesn't know how to listen and charge me for the wrong burger. Its really common sense. Avoid this location at least on Sunday mornings because the employees here aren't the brightest bunch and I say that as nicely as possible because this visit really sucked. I know which location I'll be visiting from now on and certainly...
