The paletas are delicious. Each flavor comes across creamy, flavorful and without the ugly aftertaste of the wooden stick! Congratulations on a super tasty product. I will continue to buy these paletas and this time, I will come with an ice chest so I can take them home by the dozen.

The only down side and I really mean down side is that the workers at the factory are not friendly at all. They never greeted us nor did they offer any assistance as to what we wanted. They never smiled and seemed like zombies. I recommend that this company hire people with excellent customer skills before people start writing more about the ugly attitude instead of the great tasting paletas. By having people who are friendly and speak both English and Spanish, it will boost and promote business for the owners, otherwise, you will continue to get great reviews on your paletas and lousy reviews on customer service. I rented the cart with the 180 paletas. Im assuming tht the paletas should be frozen when they are inside the carrito. Well the paletas were all melted and there was no point in ordering the cart to keep them frozen. They blamed my husband for being late but wht does tht have anything to do w them bot staying frozen. So do they keep them outside of the freezer until the customer arrives? Im assuming the quality of the cart is not good enough to keep them frozen. I had to remove all the paletas and put them in my freezer. I called then the next day to let them know wht had happen and they didnt care. They said they would reach out but never did. Unfortunately the product they sell is just a Basic $1.00 Paleta, You get what you're paying for, as for taste my Paleta de Melon was extremely sticky and it was not as fruity tasting as others that I've had, Customer service was nonexistent she was interested in her phone and not the sale I purchased 15 different Paletas I haven't tried the milk base one's yet maybe I'll have a better opinion on those..
