when i came in, mid-noon, it wasn't too packed. and that was on a sunday! me and my company ordered an ice cream scoop on a sugar cone, and two ice cream scoops in cups. and a water bottle, but that's irrelevant. i ate the lime ice cream, and OHMYGOSH! it was SO GOOD! now, that may just be the nostalgia talking, because i grew up around here. i came to this spot several times as a child, and even had family working here! many fond memories were made here. one member of my party ordered "mamey" ice cream in a cup and... pistachio, i think? in the sugar cone. i tried a small portion of the mamey, and i, and everyone else agreed, it was just a tad too sweet. the cool thing about this place is that they order all their supply from mexico! so the flavor is really natural. it was all really good, and even though that one was a little TOO sweet for my tastes... overall, tasty as all heck. highly recommend. will keep stopping by!

Came to buy a couple palletas and was given 2 freezer burned, grocery store, flavorless bars. I used to come here religiously as a child and just moved back.... definitely will not be coming back if this is what they have turned into. My daughter didn't even want to try hers can't say I blame her.

Customer service was great, from the gentleman. He served me the best Mangonada I’ve ever had in my life. The ice cream flavors I had were amazing.

Horrible!!!! I called before I came and they told me they close 10 min before 9pm. I get there at the 8:24. There was a customer before me that asked for a sandwich, and the lady said “no we don’t have that right now” the customer leaves so then it’s my turn. I asked for a chicharrón preparado, and the lady said “no we don’t have that right now” I replied “you don’t have that either?” She said no we close at 9. I look at my phone and said it’s not even 9, it’s 8:26! I asked for a fruit cup and AGAIN she said she doesn’t have that. What kind of business offers food and claims they close at 9 but when you’re there before 9 and fails to fulfill ANY requests. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! Si dicen que cierran a las 9 tienen que ofrecer su menú hasta las 9 si no cambien su horario si es tanto...

If you don't like wasting your time, I do not recommend this place. First of all, shame on the owners or parties responsible of this establishment. You guys are greedy enough to make money to leave a young girl to behind the counter working by herself on busy nights. While the place doesn't get insanely packed, groups of families continuously enter this shop making it impossible to get the line going with just one person working the entire store. Second, I am mostly upset because regardless of the 20 minutes I waited in line only to find out the one thing I was trying to order was not available. If it's not available, then take it off the menu or put a sign somewhere in the store. This business is quite inefficient and just...
