Used to enjoy coming here and now I rather go anywhere but here. They sent out an email blast to their customers that “due to popular demand” they would be open today normal hours regardless of the holiday. Got there at 7:45 and the girl was closing up and getting in her car. Please don’t advertise stuff if you aren’t going to follow through. Teach your employees the basics of customer service. Most of them can’t even suggest products or give you their opinion on the items you are selling. Half the stuff you sell can be found on distributor sites for cheaper…not worth the time or money. StrainX and Vape City are my new places hands down.
