Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I called in an order during the snow storm, granted I knew there would probably be a wait which I didn’t mind. They told me it would be an hour and half wait. Okay cool, great. Showed up later than the given time and the amount of people in the store waiting was insane. But I was like this is a given cause no one is really open, I might have to wait a little longer. It took a few minutes before I got someone’s attention but that was because the guy was helping the man next to me. I was letting him know I called in a order and he just says “I’m sure you did, you see all these people they all have called in orders” like no need for your attitude, I just walked in and wanted to check and see if it was ready. I waiting from 850 till 10pm between that time the coworkers were arguing so 1 decided he’s going to walk out for a break, comes back in and just stands at the drive through window. Delivery drivers were asking them to call out the orders that were in the warmer cause they just got there so they wanted to be sure if their order was there, they got back attitude saying we already did. I asked for a status again and turned out the person that answered the phone and took my order never even placed it. So when I initially walked in and was asking about my order the guy should’ve looked for my name and told me that so I could’ve left and went else where instead of sitting and wait from 8:50 till 10pm for that kind of answer. But the response I got was “you see all these people, they also have orders they’re waiting for” let me add in that mean time he was asked to see what pizzas needed to be made so they aren’t making unnecessary food and he wanted to start an argument about that. One person was trying to get a system going so food can go out and the other person was lazy and was arguing about it. This was ridiculous and sad! I work part time at a pizza joint(sadly we were closed), I know it can get crazy and busy but never do we treat our customers like this nor are we with unorganized that we don’t know who’s pizza has and hasn’t been made. We all put our heads together, work together and get it...

I placed my order around 11:20 and got an estimated time of 12:30 for pick up. I did arrive at 12:15 in case that my order was ready early and found there to be at least 5 other people there already who had been waiting for over an hour. After a very long time of waiting a few more people showed up and ordered. They got their food very quickly since they were not “special” orders yet there were no hot and ready or extra most bestest pizzas ready. They also had to he made. they were rushing to get an order of 50 pizzas and could not work on the orders for the people that had been waiting a long time but did make the time to squeeze in some extra most bestest and hot ajd ready pizzas. This made no sense, regardless of if their orders being easier to make, these new orders could have waited. The employees started working on the orders of the people who started complaining and asking for refunds which meant that the rest who had been patiently waiting were left last. After waiting for 45 minutes and my lunch break being finished without getting my food, I left. I kept checking the updates only to see they worked on my food an hour after the time I was supposed to pick it up. I understand that very understaffed location was working hard to bring out orders of 50 + pizzas however it is not acceptable to take care of other people who just placed their order and be willing to bring out food for them instead of those who had not been waiting for over an hour. This location needs better management and to set regulations or a limit as to how many large orders can be taken at a time so that they don’t quite literally end up with a herd of unhappy customers. Terrible customer service, sloppy pizza.

Ordered (ONE small/personal plain cheese pizza) via phone for pick-up prior to arriving, waited the 10 minutes, went through drive-thru to pick up and was told to pull across window to a parking spot and she would “wave to us when it’s ready”. We watched approximately 6 cars go through the drive-thru over another 10-15mins and no wave..no pizza. So far we’ve waited about 25 mins for a personal cheese pizza??

Then, I looked at the receipt and I realized I paid for a personal PEPPERONI pizza. So even the order was wrong! We went inside and stand in line (completely defeating the purpose of ordering via phone and trying to pick up in the drive-thru) to find out where our pizza was....it had BEEN ready!!? But we were never “waved at” to let us know.

When we let them know they had gotten our order wrong, the young man said “oh do you want a refund or I guess I could re-make the pizza?” Seriously?? We’ve waited now over 30 mins for one small pizza and they have the nerve to ask if we just want a refund?? We politely asked them to remake it.....finally get the pizza about 10 more mins later and it’s so sloppy and parts were missing cheese. Such a ridiculous waste of time and money.
