I know this place since it's been built I remember since I was high school 1978 this place you can go early voting it has a baseball and football field and a track you can walk around or jog around whatever you prefer there's a track. There are also a community meeting you can hold your meetings. There is public restroom. You can go picnics and bring your kids there. It's very clean there and plenty of parking and there's also handicap parking also :-)! If you need help after Hurricane Harvey disaster they have that also. If you need yourself help if you got affected by Hurricane Harvey! You also can get help! If needed other things they have Flyers there if you need some information for some help :-)! And if you want to put some flyers there to help others once you go inside the front door there is a person which will help you which is the help desk. They have a lot of unique things to see beautiful ornaments! Always lock your doors in your car of course and watch your surroundings...

Sports is the main focus but it is also a center for culture and community affairs. A place where the young and old meet at the same place. A racially neutral and equally cosmopolitan. Many come to complete their daily quick lunch break work out, others park their car in remote location to enjoy a lunch in solitude. Few others attend classes for the elderly and health related matters. For the kids it is all play and no work here which keep the balance between school and fun. Layout of the park: Facing the park from Bissonnet, the only public picnic area is on the far right side (the Hillcroft side)
Pros: Awesome sport fields for soccer and baseball. This is because there are only a few of each field and they are very well taken care of AND monitored/protected Small and easy to get navigate and easy to park
Cons: Ugly public picnic area that is more dirt than grass and has one, short, cement jogging/walking track The public part of the park gets a lot of foot traffic so that can be pretty crowded in the afternoons
Overall: Well-kept, well-maintained soccer and baseball fields, but not where I would go for race training or for a casual day...
