I placed my order online and received an email saying that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store 20 minutes later and was told my order wasn't ready.
I received an email saying it was ready 10 minutes later but that they weren't able to put it in the portal. So I asked for it at the front counter, again.
I was then informed that they were missing one of my pizzas, but they could make it in 8 minutes (which isn't even possible without undercooking the dough).
So now I am waiting "8" minutes for a fresh pizza while my wings, cheesy bread, and 2 other pizzas are sitting in a warmer getting old. All the while people are coming in and placing orders and being told it will be ready in 15 minutes.
Once my 3rd pizza was finally ready 12 minutes later, I was given my order with buffalo wings that had no since so I had to request that be fixed as well.
So it took 42 minutes to get my order. And I wasn't the only person there waiting for an overdue order. AND there were 3 people in the back of the store that seemed to just be playing around while 1 person worked the front desk and not a manager in sight.
AND LITTLE CEASARS doesn't even care. This is the face of their brand, and talking to people waiting in the lobby this is the expected service in a LITTLE CEASARS restaurant.
