TLDR: just drive the extra mile to a different location. For MANY reasons, you won’t regret it.
🤦🏻This location has gotten my order wrong more often than they get it right since they opened post-Covid. Routinely undercooked deep dish pies, and incorrect toppings are a way of life.
⏳Once a bout a month ago, I drove 30min round trip back to get them to replace the incorrect order with my actual order shown in the app and after waiting 15-20min to get the right order, they brought it out, opened the box to prove it was right this time and IT WAS STILL WRONG, they made the same exact mistake again. So I had to wait for another 15min. It took me almost 2hrs to get my family the pizza we ordered.
⏱️In a hurry? Too bad, because you’ll likely have to wait around 15-30min PAST your order pickup time in their tiny (crowded) lobby with no chairs.
💡As for the Pizza portal, it’s a great idea but it is almost never used here, on rare occasions where it is used, they routinely load the wrong items or leave things out.
🏆Note: Some of the crew are 🥇🏆LEGIT ALL-STARS⭐️ who are clearly fighting the good fight, against misguided, apathetic managers, underpaid co-workers and an increasingly notorious culture of giving a bare minimum effort.
☎️And good luck getting ANYONE local on the phone. If you are not placing an order through their remote “call center” then it’s proven IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. (I have let it ring for over 60min on a couple of occasions just to see, and in the end I am always able to drive to the store in person BEFORE anyone answers.
😕You can see the apathy clearly on display when you are picking up your order and you must wait for them as they mozy to get you a sauce or dessert from the back at the same pace I walk from the 🚶♂️bathroom to my desk while typing an email and listening to a podcast about geography or economics.
💭My advice?🚗 Find a suburbs location and just roll over and commit to making the extra 20-30min drive each way so you can get your order on time and correct. You will save yourself a lot of time and angst. I wouldn’t even go here for...

Read moreSo my friend ordered the pizza, but I went to go pick them up to find out they gave our pizzas and wings away to someone else, sure they remade the pizzas, but we had to go back up there to pick them up again but before we did I read all the bad reviews and lost my appetite. Unfortunately it was paid for online so I tried to not waste it and eat as much until I discovered the doughy top thatI thought resembled glue and the wings we ordered were BBQ but idk what kinda wings they gave us, but they looked undercooked and had no sauce on em. My pizza was a deep dish, the hamburger meat didn’t taste that bad but it did leave a after taste in my mouth and my friend had a pineapple stuffed crust which I thoughtwas disgusting especially those pineapples seemed like they had been sitting out..Idk how this place is still open, but it is lol I’ll never eat from this location again. This place gives LITTLE CAESARS...
