Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered four extra most bestest pizzas here on 4/15/18. It was a very busy afternoon (around 12:00 p.m.). I waited an HOUR for my pizzas to be ready. Waited 20 minutes for the customers ahead of me to receive their orders, waited 20 minutes for them to cook my pizzas. They burned two of my pizzas so they had to remake them which caused me to wait an extra 20 minutes, totaling my wait time to be an hour.

They had no pizzas ready in the warming oven. They were very inefficient with passing out the customers' orders - they would pass out 3+ orders at once rather than passing out each person's order when it was ready. Seems like they're understaffed, or just very slow at what they do.

When I got home, the two pizzas they remade were ALMOST burnt, and they didn't even slice one of the pizzas! They just put it in the box right after it came out the oven! I had to cut it myself. And the pizzas that were cut were cut very poorly, and I had to go over them with my own pizza slicer.

The only reason why I give this place two stars is because the lady at the register (don't know her name, but she's heavyset, caucasian, and blonde) was very friendly. It sucks because she was nice; however, the service was slow and her and the pizza makers were very inefficient at what they were doing.

How do I get in contact with a general manager from this location Lil Caesar ? I would like to share my HORRIBLE experience with the lady at the front with red hair. @ 8:50pm on June 20, 2024. Please, if we can see who was this person on that shift that was working on the register.

They must hiring just ANYBODY with NO customer service what so ever and this is from someone who has been working as a manager retail over the past 5 years! This is unacceptable. I have always came to this location but for some reason this particular night the lady was so rude and clearly did not know what she was doing due to the fact the line was long because she had all the receipts orders piled up. And then I witness a customer came back in and said I got an OLD PIZZA. FYI I was not the only one waiting and complaining on our orders. That is ridiculous, I have never seen this before as much as I come to this location. Please someone contact me...

Look I know I'm reviewing a Little Caesars Pizza as a five star, but there's something special about this location.

It's currently January 31st and their pizzas at this location and this location only make them the way they made them in the 80s/90s when you would go to the mall. Once upon a time little Caesars was only found in malls. And on Saturday afternoons, you would go to the mall with your mom and after you were personally done shopping, your mom would send you off with your older sibling to get a SINGLE slice of thin, light on sauce, heavy on cheese pizza, a coke and a couple bread sticks while you waited for your mom to get out of the Sears or JC Penney's Sale.

In comparison to the other locations, they are 10x faster....and again, the quality of said pizza is 80s/90s GenX/Millennial approved. "Like totally..." Tosses teased blonde hair held in olace6...
